    Great interview, as always!
Since watching Holly's appearance in Netflix, I have so much respect for her and her job. She has changed my point of view of people that work in the p*rn industry because sometimes is hard to remember behind all that glamour, there is a person no different than any of us behind the cameras, and society has a bad stigma about this in general, and as Christy Mack said in this interview - they are not taken seriously, for the most part.
As many of us (maybe), the first time I heard about Christy was in the new media when that traumatic event happened. I am glad she is here, and strong with people and family that support her because when she described the changes in her face due to that event, I got chills in my body. I can't imagine waking up every day and looking at your face, and getting used to something new that you know it was not like that before. You have to be mentally strong, and I think she got there now, and I am glad she is moving forward in life. We all need to cross the same line in life.

This was extremely interesting, and hard to listen to let alone living through, but I wish she would have gone deeper into the mindset of a woman that gets hit and doesn't change her number change the locks on the door or move after the first physical incident happens. thats the part I don't understand.
I remember at a party once my friend closed fist hit his girlfriend knocking her tooth out, three of us stomped him out while another called the cops on him, he was arrested and taken to jail, we pulled our cash together moved her across town before he got out of jail and two weeks later he was over her new house and they were acting like it never happened. None of those people who have that fetish deserve to see the porn actress that they like acquiesce to their "need" for such sex scenes in porno flicks. If they don't have sex with black men on camera so what? You're going to call them a "racist" for them not doing that? They don't owe you anything. They don't have to ask for your permission. They are adults, not children. They don't have to explain themselves to anyone, least of all to the likes of you. If you don't like that they don't have sex with black men on camera, tough shit. Shut the hell up, suck it up and get the hell over it. You are not special.

I can't believe how much of a coward the other man was. Not for taking the opportunity to leave or not trying to physically defend Christy from a psychotic professional MMA fighter, but for not immediately going to the police or calling 911 to get officers on scene asap along with paramedics. What must have been going thru the guys mind knowing that a close friend & ex-girlfriend was being savagely beaten and possibly murdered while he was going to wherever he decided to go living with the decision not to act with each passing moment? In some States there are Good Samaritan laws that apply to not coming to the aid of a stranger in distress without placing yourself at risk of harm and it's debatable how appropriate and effective those laws really are, but in this situation he had direct knowledge of a serious violent crime in progress, had been violently assaulted himself, and still decided that making a phone call, going to a police station, or even flagging down any emergency service or police vehicle going the street was beyond his capacity to do. It was an absolute miracle that Christy wasn't murdered given the amount of force and damage that was inflicted, any of the heavy blows to her head could have killed her. That piece of shit coward of a man should have been charged with reckless endangerment or something along those lines for his failure as a human, a friend, and member of society for allowing several hours of horrific violent abuse causing severe physically destructive injuries that require years of recovery and reconstructive surgeries to overcome. I hope that man is banished into the depths of Hell where he is forced to relive the horror that Christy experienced every single day, over and over again for eternity.

I watched his testimony and his "I'm not a snitch" defense is utterly disgusting. The "man" should feel total shame, I get that you could not physically overcome a "man" who goes by the name war machine and is a trained MMA fighter, but making no attempt to help the woman who you just laid with by simply making a phone call is beyond the pale. Thank God she survived and thrived.

He was in bed with his new girlfriend, when the ex-boyfriend knocked the $#¡t out of him! He had a pounding headache, internal bleeding, broken bones, loose teeth, he was in a lot of pain! He was lucky to be alive! He barely made it out alive! He was lucky he did not go into a coma! When someone is in a lot of physical pain, the last thing they can think about is someone else, the pain keeps you focused on yourself and your own pain! And, by the same token, Christy knew how violent War Machine was, why didn't she show her new boyfriend some courtesy and warn him of her ex-boyfriend's violent tendencies!

Women are usually door knocking bait so that some junkie hiding around can force themselves into your home and do a home invasion.
It happens all the time. They always just need to use your phone or your bathroom.

I hope that the bag of dogsh1t that did what he did wishes he was never born every day in jail, and that’s it’s one long horror show, he deserves it. There’s zero excuse, I know plenty of blokes who had horrific upbringings and experiences, and hate anyone who puts hands on women as much as I do. Hey Holly, since you interviewed Christy Mack and talked with her about her surviving her domestic violence from her ex-boyfriend, I think that you should also interview the Russian porn actress Lola Taylor. She survived a similar horrible incident several years ago involving some crazy, evil men in Russia who had physically tortured her, sexually assaulted her and almost murdered her. But she was able to escape and she barely survived. She jumped off a balcony in a hotel and landed on the street below, breaking her legs. A person walking by saw her land quickly called an ambulance and the police. She was taken to the hospital by the paramedics and she was recovering from her injuries for months.
She was able to describe the two or three men in the 4th or 5th floor hotel room where they had kept her prisoner for almost 48 hours. The detectives on the case knew the men as they had criminal records before for similar crimes against women. They had pretended to be photographers who were going to take erotic pictures of Lola but it turns out that they were lying about being photographers and just used the deception to trick women in Moscow into being kidnapped and raped, and killed. The cops arrested the men and they were all convicted of multiple counts of armed robbery, sexual assault and attempted murder.
You should really get her on your show because her story is very similar to Christy Mack's ordeal but in Lola Taylor's case, her incident was more about her being abducted by a homicidal gang of sexual predators. This criminal case had happened in the Russian Federation around the same time that Christy was dealing with her traumatic experience.

It’s amazing how much she has gained spiritually from every day she survives. Not in terms of organized religion but just as a human being in this life with a steadfast purposes as Holly mentioned. Nothing but positive thoughts love and light as she continues to work through her process. A little part of me hopes that Sophia Rose reaches out to her or vis-versa this week. New Rule: Please do not ask Christy Mack about the attack/assault/beating she took from that low-life, piece of trash, scum-bag, convicted felon known as Jon "War Machine" Koppenhaver! (I hope he is getting plenty of "love" in prison!) There are plenty of videos on-line of Christy talking about it if anyone wants to hear her testimony. She does not need to re-talk that awful experience. It's behind her in the past. She's suffers every time she talks about it. Christy has been traumatized by it. Please let's not ask her ever again about that terrible episode which almost took her life. Thank you.

    • @jordanacahen8972

It should be her decision… and yes for some talking about trauma is healing and gives you power. I nearly lost my life because of my ex and I will be testifying at his trial in a few weeks (he has 18 felony charges and 2 misdemeanors and is facing life)… being able to be open about the violence I endured is just part of me being able to be authentic and share what I had to go through. Ultimately it should always be up to the person who has suffered and not others acting on what they feel is right. Like many people get uncomfortable when I make jokes about what happened, but humor is how I cope with what I went through

@@peacethroughstrength172 I decided nothing you clown! People need to stop bringing that awful crime when they meet her or talk to her. GTFOH. She's been traumatized enough about this. She has told the story a bunch of times already (and maybe that is coping for her). I know if I ever meet her, I wouldn't ask her about any of that. Let's ask her about the future. About her opinion of OnlyFans and how it's changing the pornographic industry. About her views regarding hardcore, incest pornographic themes of today.
