Meaning if you completed missions as quickly as the devs expect, spending this amount of time would get you all the way from the intro cutscene to roughly the Triple Warden fight. Are we going to see our first AH video that takes an entire work day to film? Place your bets!

I remember very little about halo 5, but I do remember the final area of the mission actually being hard even on normal legendary (the bit where you defend the ship while it's charging or something) so the fact that they have gone so insane so far before that bit in rooms that are way less unforgiving is a sign as to the rage to come.

For as much as Joe eats every available shot/grenade like the hungry boy he is, he also will go balls out to try to get anyone else up. Doesn't matter if there are two elites cuddling on top of his downed teammate, he's on it. This usually leads to his own death as well, but it is still an admirable trait.
