All you can do is fill on the holes using the piles that surround the area. Dont take too much dirt from 1 particular area. Try and even it out the best you can. After that, teach the truckwits how to dump properly hahaha
It’s interesting to see this. I’m currently a window licker who is getting trained on the D10. When I was taught how to haul (only a year into mining, but spend 20 in construction supervision - so not brain dead 😂) we got told to drop our piles in between the ones behind to keep it tight, but seeing the sense this makes for flat topping, all we have been doing is causing problems for the dozer ops 😢 (clearly my trainer never operated other gear…)
Surely filling in the voids between loads and maximising block-tip space should be priority. You can’t tell me you couldn’t still flat top the cell if the truckies tip in the voids..
I got hacked and lost it all hahahah I never saved any of the final videos so now I have to edit the whole lot again. It's painful so I'll do it all again slowly 🐌 🤣
Nice job. I have some dozing experience but far from an expert. That was great to see. It looks to me like you got each part of the process done in 1 push so I take it this was about 2 hours work? something like that?
It's a feel thing. I feel the dozers' movements in my arse, the back of my legs, and my torso. When you feel the dozer lean left, right, forward, or back, you have to counteract the blade with them movements. The blade movements should be small increments, not big movements. Having at least 1/4 of the blade full of dirt is a must for final trim. An empty blade moves around too much, and dirt on the blade keeps it steady.
Naa not strict. Just trained well. Theres 2 types of paddock dumping, honeycomb and that type. I cant remember what its called atm. Its just staight lines, toe to toe.
@@justdozing7727 thanks you’re videos helped me alot 🙏🏾🙏🏾 my favourite ones were pushing a tip head, pushing off digger bench those were mint 🔥🔥🔥 thanks again
@@justdozing7727hi mate your videos are incredible. Can't find anything of this quality anywhere. I'm learning the dozer and would love to see all your other videos.
I came here to see what a D10 actually sounds like, since Discovery's Gold Rush thinks we're too unintelligent to notice their shameless dubbing with fake noises of machines that they get wrong.
Haha If you dont know how to operate a dozer, it will take you months if not years to achieve a result like that. 90% of jobs are monotonous, perfecting them jobs and having pride in your work results in gratification.
Hello from california. Hey thanks man im an apprentice and this video made me look like i knew what i was doing. Keep up the good work brother.
Happy to help. Cheers from Australia🇦🇺
Good to see you back mate 👍
Never seen such a neat dump!
The satisfaction of tramming away and looking back at the final trimming you leave is a bloody good feeling 🤣
Lovely cutting my friend. Great advice. Appreciate it 😊
Good to see you back mate, thought your work found out 😂
🤫 🤣
😂😂💀
Found out about what?
Got some good vids mate. Tops for those of us moving up to the dozer. Would love to see more uploads
Where ya been!?! I have missed your videos! Glad to see ya back
How do you flat top when the dumps a mess like on a normal mine site lol

auto blade much. tighter paddock dumps = less real estate and more production.
Hey mate, glad to see you back at it again, what happened to your other videos?

Oh god no. At a guess I would day around 5-6 hours. Once you have a process, understand how dirt moves and how your dozer behaves, its quite easy.
Miss ya buddy....come back
Hey bro how and what the trick to keep your blade traight final trimming.

Hey bud do ya do any slot dozing if so chuck a vid up next time you do.
Yeh I do. I started the vids last week. I need to get a drone up there to. I'll start the editing real soon 👍
@@justdozing7727 awesome man good on ya . Great content
They must be strict about how the trucks dump it there.
Were they 'line dumping' or 'paddock dumping'?
Naa not strict. Just trained well. Theres 2 types of paddock dumping, honeycomb and that type. I cant remember what its called atm. Its just staight lines, toe to toe.
Mate did you have other videos that were deleted off you’re channel?
Yeh, there were heaps. I am remaking them now. .. slowly

Not much expertise required for doing that, be kinda boring after the first day
