- Today a longtime UA-cam subscriber Duane came all the way from California to visit Express Lube & Auto Repair and get his first AMSOIL engine flush on his 2018 Kia Niro 1.6L hybrid gas-electric. This is the second gas electric hybrid on the channel the first one was a Chevy Volt.

But I use the whole bottle of Pi on my 2018 Honda Fit, gas tank is 10.xx gallons. I hope it doesn't damage the engine. I do notice less noise now. RPM is like 600 rpm when I wait under the red light, and engine is a lot quieter.

It won't damage it at all you could put a whole bottle in 5 gallons it's not going to do anything more it's a chemical reaction inside the combustion chamber

Can I use the engine flush for a 2016 kia Optima SX 2.0 turbo. I have 150,000 miles and I want to flush my engine before I do an oil change.
Yes, I also recommend the pi performance improver gasoline additive and the upper cylinder lubricant the pi cleaner goes in every 4000 miles the upper Sonya lubricant you can use every full tank of gas.

Why do you need a flush on a 2 year old engine...unless you have not changed the oil ever?
Great question David I recommend using the engine flush on every vehicle on the first oil change if it's a gas engine that way you know all the carbon deposits are out of the Rings around the timing chain and if it's a turbo engine it gets the oil coking out of the turbo area and also oil cooler ports if it has a oil screen or pork it's just added peace of mind.
On diesel engines I recommend doing it every oil change to make sure your oil cooler ports are clean and you keep as much oil cooking off the turbo for long-term Cooling and deficiency.
You have the option of doing the engine flush the downside to not doing it is the oil filter will get clogged and full much sooner on your first switch to Amsoil because the hundred percent synthetic with the detergent cleans everything and it melted out of the engine and all of that ends up in the oil filter so instead of wasting and oil filter and half a quart of oil it's less expensive to do a flush from the beginning and that way you know you're starting from a nice clean crankcase.
I find the flush to be a nice piece of mind because you know all that old Gunk is out of your engine this is my favorite engine flush I've ever done in the channel - Porsche Carrera Amsoil engine flush from Mobil 1 -

why there is no AMSOIL in Jordan "Middle East" ? I searched for it forever and couldn't find it

Amsoil makes a great product but terrible business practices. Don't ever be a dealer for them!!!
I know a lot of people think that however they changed the model and now it has been improved.
