You can keep them in 4 hrs direct sunlight after a week of germination

I tried with scarification method and removed the outer cover once the seed is broken.and kept in tissu but my seeds are rotting...pls advise what could wrong?

too much water in the tissues, add only a little bit of moisture in there, when it shoots out a little pointy tail (root) they are ready to be planted in soil. also dont use tissues with aromatizer or any other chemicals
