Blessed are you who live in free countries and can have any religion and belief, but in my country,(Iran), because of our religious rule and dictatorship, we can not have a religion other than Islam, and I years ago I met Thelma, but can not express it in this society, and I do not have access to any books or resources in this area, and I collect all my information from UA-cam and sites.

Some books have an aura of power and this is one of them. In my opinion Crowley hit the mark with Liber vel legis. He despised it for some time but could not ignore it. He predicted so much wars social trends. He wrote Aiwass was a distinctly separate intelligence who spoke to him from behind his right shoulder. Aiwass had knowledge of world events beyond the scope of humans. What would uncle Al say if he was alive today? Ty.

Crowley's whole thing was independent experience you don't have to follow thelema to understand the book of the law
Don't waste your time with the O.T.O. Even Crowley was displeased with the order before he died.
Going through this book from time to time is fruitful. As you study, you start making new connection. Personally, I transitioned into heathenism and saw some connections even there.

The Book of the Law was channeled and is written from Adeptus Minor for Adeptus Minor, or from the Heart for the Heart. When it says "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law... Love is the law, love under will." Does not mean that Love is in anyway less than Will, rather it means that Love is the foundation or the throne of all True Will.

The fact is that God is our Creator and he has the right to demand that we worship Him.
It is our obligation, as created and owned by God, to give him the honor and glory that is due him, to live and speak and act in a way that recognizes and acknowledges his authority over us. We are made by him, owned by him, dependent on him and therefore accountable to him.
You may reject his offer of reconciliation and that is your right. If you choose to turn your back on God's gift of salvation then you will go to hell when you die.

In The Book of Law he uses many unusual phrases. He
refers to the Egyptian goddess Nuit who is the goddess of empty space as Nu, Our Lady of the Stars, the Blue L-Lidded Daughter of Sunset, and The Queen of Infinite Space. I looks at pictures of Nuit on google and she does meet those descriptions.

A fine if ambitious effort! A note on that Tunis comment, in the same way that the order to burn it is not to be taken too seriously but rather taken metaphorically, (there’s actually magical formula there right?) needing some reading in between the lines there, - it’s in the same spirit as the rest of the comment including the order not to study or discuss its contents. If we were to take it at face value, you already violated it by even discussing the contents, but surely that’s not what he meant! It’s definitely a tongue in cheek warning to filter out the superstitious because the corpus of his own writings is full of instructions and guides on how to study and discuss its contents.
I think the irony is that he’s just letting you know that you will be considered a center of pestilence just by being a Thelemite which by definition includes discussing the contents of AL,

True, that is a possible social effect of it and one of its “purposes“ And the most common rationale for its existence… I simply wished to add that like all clase docs there is a poetic hermeneutic which can be used as a magical formula… So while it does have the effect of repelling the superstitious and unwilling, it has the additional benefit of acting as A magical formula that contains metaphysical truth, i.e., the process of burning it into one’s being (eg, LXV passage about sealing the book in the blood etc)

How would the idea of the authority of a groups worship being held head-and-shoulders above the practice of faith and belief and practice ever come manifest the existence of "Church" , and then if the "church" didn't exist in the same dogmatic and demagogic manner of thinly veiled autocracy, them neither would these communities partake in the largely disorganized groups of people from many different regions, who held different values and faith systems than those from other geographic locations, cultural demographics, and socioeconomic statuses, that many have come to call Unitarian Congregations.

Yes it would be much better off. The deeply wrapped parables of the bible are meant for the user only. To be freely shared in itself belief in one true God and United for loves sake. Jeremiah chapter 13-19 you will read much of these very days and times and much to the point of belief in falsehoods such as Baal and hell and wickedness itself as God says those who worship baal and burn incent to other gods, while making sacrifices of flesh and blood do so out of the imagination of their own evil hearts. Such wickedness unto baal never came into gods mind to do or create. God says I never knew it. With this said by God in Jeremiah and also states that alters, churches, monuments, sacrifices, burnt incent, or any offering unto god are are detestable things. God says what need do I have of that which I am and I giveth unto you. God says keep these offerings My joy is to see your joyful fulfillment. (Words stole by crowley perhaps?) The point is the bible is B.asic I.nstruction B.efore L.eaving E.arth to untie with God through the pathway of love and of the heart we combine faith with reason and are destined to unite with God and our soulmate and reach out beyond this flesh. Upon doing and at the end of your life in this flesh you will find that the earth was a "parallel universe" and wickedness being not of God and never thought of by God was of the imagination of your own evil hearts. Seeing then a person that you just consumed their flesh and watching them die. Removing the heart and low and behold from the holy waters a star is born, no demons but an angel of mercy. Sent to protect the innocent and guide gods children home before the rapture and afterwards the future is present day and these are "Dark necessities" for the sake of love and the rest will fall into place. I've come up with a scientific based interpretation of Thelema, Hadit being the finite point can be related to a Planck unit or cell, which is the Planck era times the Planck distance, the smallest possible space-time unit according to physics, & Nuit infinite space, can be related to the inertia mass of the whole universe, as with Mach's principle, which has a specific effect & relationship to each Planck unit, suggesting a Klein bottle cosmology, where each point "contains" the whole, similar to Indra's net in Hua-Yen Buddhism.

I keep commenting on your videos (quarantined from Covid case #2) lmao. Ive heard this story before about Crowley's HGA being names Aywas. And I find it interesting. As someone who is a M.E. dancer naturally I've learned a bit od Arabic and the word "Aywah" is Arabic translates to the word "yes" Given the the fact he was in Egypt when this was happening it's make sense that possibly he picked up the word and his inner subconscious gave him that as a name for the HGA.
Crowley himself notes this when his wife told him the spirit talking to her was "Aiwaz". He thought "as in "Aiwa", "yes"?

The difference between hoor-par-kraat is something quite important to me, whoever it may be would most likely use the guise of a mad man to perform his infectious magick though ra-hoor-khuit would be the final stages of that larger ritual and Heru-Ra-Ha would be the finalization and completion of it ending in the self-actualization of the crowned and conquering child.
Crowley himself wrote that we should try to explain it to others, as this book must open up to each individually

I don’t know much about Thelema or Crowley, but I have read alot of Carl Jung, and my answer is that Crowley didn’t connect with only his subconscious (unconscious I call it) he connected with the Collective Unconscious.

There's no conversion process unless it's a certain order so just start practicing.
Preliminary note. There are 80 books in the King James Bible; 39 in the Old Testament, 14 in the Apocrypha, and 27 in the New Testament.
You will only understand the Book of the Law if you have had the same experience and thus understand the meaning immediately upon reading. And likewise will only fully understand if you have experienced altered states of consciousness where you have received the same information.

I'm amazed by how you shove theistic paganism even into the story of Liber AL, instead of presenting the many ideas of what Aiwass actually was and what the "gods" from the book can mean. Saying that it was just the spirits from your fairytale is good for wicca, but Thelema is better at questioning itself than most religions, Crowley himself gave many answers to the same questions.

My ears are plugged from a sinus infection at the moment, so I don't believe I heard the thelemist correctly. Was it the name "paradigm brine" that was said in reference to other interpretations concerning the book of law, early in the video?
The eroticized King James Bible language is very powerful for those of us who had a religious upbringing similar to Crowley. Even when it's unclear what's being discussed. It feels timeless, so you forget it's being written in 1904. Except for parts like the beginning when does that alliterated list of failing ideologies. ("Democracy dodders"...etc.)
