Take a closer look at Erik Dunk’s beautifully restored 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead with matching sidecar. Erik showed his vintage bike at this past year’s Garage Build Motorcycle Show during Daytona Bike Week. The even was held at the Broken Spoke Saloon.
For Erik, the Knucklehead is the Holy Grail. And he notes that the experience of riding a bike with a sidecar is a completely unique experience. Riding a sidecar equipped motorcycle requires a learning curve to be able to get through turns while keeping the sidecar on the ground.
Erik’s Knucklehead isn’t just a showpiece either. Erik has taken it on multiple Cannonball rides, including the Chase in 2019, which started in Sioux Sainte Marie, Michigan and ended in Key West, Florida.
