As your living in Norway I need to ask you something, My future plan is to come to Norway to work in IT field but here I need to select between Norway or Finland what would be better option and which country between Finland or Norway will provide good salaries. Can you suggest me something.

I have not lived in Finland and I am not aware of the salaries there but as far as I know Norway has better salary for sure but the issue here is the cost of living is also high in Norway. So you will end up spending more money too.
