My favorites are the living hands theme and the patients theme. Both of them are perfect for minor enemies because they creep under your skin and gradually rise in tention over time, and you expect something to jump out at you… but it doesn’t… and the tension never goes away. That’s real terror. Also I think you should do a video about all the sounds & music you hear from the TVs in Little Nightmares 2!
I like the Shoe Dump Monster because it's pretty intense and builds up dramatic instruments. The Patients have a mysterious and ambience type. The music is like buzzing sounds and warbly?. But then it gets more spooky as you are listening along. The music builds like someone or something sounds the alarm. And then it gets more scary which is what I like.

How is he not a minor enemy? In LN he appears in a single room throughout the whole game and in VLN he is only a threat during one section that can be passed in 5-10 minutes.
