గౌ" శ్రీ సాయిలు (కరాటే మాస్టర్) SI గారికి నా పాదాభివందనం. బైంసాలో మీరు డ్యూటీలో బుల్లెట్ పై వెళ్తూవుంటే.రౌడీ షీటర్ అబ్దుల్లా వారి గ్యాంగ్ వాళ్ళు పాత బస్టాండ్ నుండి పరార్ అయ్యేవారు. నేను అది చూసి బైంసాలో ఒక్క మగాడు వచ్చిండు. అనుకునే వాడ్ని. మీరు రిటైర్మెంట్ అయ్యే వరకు బైంసాలో ఉంటే మాత్రం మా పరిస్థితి ఇలా ఉండేది కాదు ? సార్ ఏది ఏమైనా మీరు మీ కుటుంబం సుఖ సంతోషాలతో ఉండాలని ఆ మైసమ్మని కోరుకుంటూ .
పోలీస్ అంటే నాకు ప్రాణం ఇన్నాళ్లకు నిజమైన పోలీసాఫీసర్ ని చూసినా హ్యాట్సాఫ్ యు సార్.

In a nut shell . పోలీసు boss orders ను క్రింది స్థాయి పోలీసులు ఆచరిస్తే good పోలీసింగ్. అదే , politician ద్వారా ఆదేశాలు , క్రింది స్థాయి పోలీసులకు pass చేపించి ఆచరిస్తే bad పోలీసింగ్ అనే భావాన్ని మీరు వ్యక్తపరిచారు. మీ గురించి తెలిసినవాడు ఎవ్వడు మీ jurisdiction లో నేరం చేయాలనే సాహసం చేయడు. ఇదే ఒక నిబద్ధత కలిగిన పోలీసు ఆఫీసర్ యొక్క గొప్పదనం. మా brother కూడా బెల్లంపల్లి S. I గా పని చేసి రిటైర్ అయ్యారు. సాయిలు గారి sincere services గుర్తుకు తెచ్చుకుంటారు. వీరి విధానం ఒక్కటే, మంచిగా ఉండే వారికి సాయి తత్వం చూపిస్తారు. తేడా వస్తే క సాయి గా మారతారు
