    I've always found dips + jm press with some kind of linear progression are the holy grail of tricep growth

      Can't beat a JM press! Often done wrong through and mess elbows but really handy if applied right

    Great channel so informative! I'm nowhere near any strongman training just building base strength at the moment but I'm a strongman fan so find all your videos great to watch. I can see this channel getting big one day
