That 99% damage reduction is for half a second, guess it would come in handy for surviving a few 1 shot mechanics, but most of them would be DOTs or AOEs which last longer than 1 second
Could give you a chance to move out of the way, like a dragon's breath that's fixed. Give you an "oops" timer, then roll on out.
Yea it's basically trying to introduce a "parry" based system from other games where you're timing your blocks perfectly to get that shield, but yea, as you said, any sort of bleed or AOE would make that effect negligible.
The blood magic medium set looks amazing for my khajiit vampire!
The Shadow Queen's Cowl mythic reminds me of Gray Cowl of Nocturnal from Thieves Guild, Grey Fox storyline in Oblivion. I wonder if its the same cowl just with another name

Hardcore thief here. Making the Mythic in light armour is just plain stupid. It should be medium.

Combine that crafted heavy attack set with that minor and major critical trial set with oakensoul one bar heavy attack build, I bet that would slap!

Crit Damage is a lethal stat for pvp, the fact that Saint and Seducer can debuff your enemy with Minor Brittle making them take 10% more crit damage and giving you major force which is 20% crit damage on your end is a 30% crit damage boost is powerful pair of buff and debuff at the same time minor force is an easy buff to acquire meaning, an enemy, if the roll is right, would take 40% more crit damage from you is deadly and that's not even mentioning the stats that sets, unique skills and passives that you can stack alongside with it. A Khajiit Warden with a lot Animal Companion skill line full medium and Axe weapon buff would have the craziest amount of crit damage in the game.
That tank mythic will be op in pvp

So permabanning me in ESO isn't enough, I pissed them off so much that they are trying to ban me from gaming in general rofl Like Jesus christ Imao Sure ban me from ESO, it's well deserved, but this seems quite personal. I'm actually impressed by the lengths this PATHETIC studio will go to silence anyone who actively calls them out on predatory microtransactions, poor game design, and lack of competency to listen to their community. At the end of the day, it's just a game, but this speaks VOLUMES about the people in charge at ZoS. If any big streamers or content creators like Asmongold caught wind of this, you would see immediate change. Oh well lady's and gentlemen, we tried. Flew a little too close to the sun on this one. But rest assured, I have plans

The Steamguards seem like one of the devs wanted to add perfect blocking into the game as a mechanic, but the idea of adding it to everyone got shot down so it became an item to 'enable' that feature
I am wearing Sergeants Mail and Storm Master + Slimecraw on my Oakensoul HA Build. I am not too keen on Storm Master though. Could I replace that with the new Tharriker Set and wear it together with Sergeants Mail to get good results?
I’m hitting 93k wearing deadly strike instead of storm master on my HA sorc.

I don't like the way the mount with the sting points it's sting to your back. Not all creatures make good mounts.
Now if they could only make being a thief actually profitable. An hour spent pickpocketing nets 6-10k. I can make that much doing crafting writs in five minutes

At least Zos is thinking: Nevertheless, it will take you and your team (as well as knowledgeable players within our fold) to milk these new sets and line them up with scribbling and mythic equipment to make it worth our time to up grade (??) and go hunting as a lone wolf or team member (keeping in mind to align our fighting sets to the role we are playing). I am one who values your time and the expertise of our squad in these times. Again, Salient!

The Steamguards are so stupid, if you want 99% damage mitigation on a single attack then just roll dodge lol, the combat team is oblivious to their own mechanics
its clearly for tanks and pvp, where roll dodging is super important and costly

£33 is a bit steep for a DLC
For reference destiny 2s new dlc is $70 and that doesn’t include the seasons or dungeons. Elden rings expansion is $40 USD just like ESOs expansion
