What a lovely spot! I have actually jumped off the bridge where you said someone left their shoes. Great fun! You're very fortunate to have such friends.
My favorite awesome couple 🥰 wonderful video. Full of so much info & adventure! Thank you for sharing this part of your journey. Blessings, Yvonne🥰 P.S. John always picks the yummiest ice cream 🍦😁🍦
Thanks for the adventure and glad to see John enjoying his ice cream! Haven’t traveled much in eastern Canada except when my wife was sick and returning from Alaska in 2007. Didn’t stop, but looks like I should head back up after Banff/Jasper/Waterton next summer.
Yes, not sure what the plans are for next summer yet. Couple who went to Alaska with me when I broke down in 2022 wanted to go back in 2025 and asked me to go with them. Just a little while ago they cancelled out for 2025. Not sure I want to drive the ALCAN alone so trying to figure it out. Will definitely come to MT first anyway.
Hi from Alberta 👋 Your videos are always so enjoyable and informative! We have RV’d and travelled for the past 12 years and can attest that the friendships you make while away from home are certainly some special ones! Safe travels!
The view from the Dorset Fire Tower is gorgeous, particularly in the fall when the trees turn colour. Too bad your visit was in the rain. You will need to come back!
Oh how I loved this video. I recognized all the places in Algonquin. Just for future reference, the public is not allowed to pick the berries in the park. They are for the bears. Gorgeous quality video. Loved your friends too.
You were in my back yard! Fyi, there are wild blueberries along the highway between Pembroke and Petawawa. People pull over and pick there every year…and a few times a black bear or two are seen doing the same! Don’t come between a bear and their berries! Happy travels!
Always look forward to your Sunday videos (even though I’m just now viewing it today, Monday). Couldn’t help but notice the compostable zip-lock bag you are using and am curious as to the brand, how you like them, and where you purchase them. Until next week.. ✌
Wonderful video. Thank you so much. Debbie, you are a brave woman swimming in that cold water. Cold water IS rejuvenating!! I can tell, because I love thermal spa water🤔. -- In two days I'll start my first fall trip: Champagne, Normandy (cidre, calvados, cheeses), Loire valley. See you.
Thoroughly love your travel video's. Your video work has become more and more professional :) Algonquin is near and dear to our hearts :) We just did some early fall camping there and the fall colours have begun. Thank you and enjoy your new RV

It looks like it was a great visit with great friends. Thank you for taking us along, the scenery was beautiful :o)
You packed an entire Canadian summer in to one video! The wooden kayak - beautiful. Thanks for sharing your cottage time & have fun down the road!

Let’s hope there are no fires next summer.

I’m surprised they didn’t have a sign.
@@FromShetoMeI know. I only know this because I am on the Algonquin Park Facebook page.
@@judyfeldman5066 LOL. I guess I missed the memo.
@@FromShetoMe ha!

Actually, it was Lori’s and I will ask her.
@@FromShetoMe That’d be great 🙂 Thank you
@@suesorensen2440 Lori said she got them at HEB but hasn't seen them in awhile. But there are a number of options on Amazon.
@@FromShetoMe Thank you 🙂

Always enjoyable watching your videos!
Thanks for sharing! I have already ordered the "Mind the Gap" game it looks fun!
I'm not a game person but we really enjoyed it.
Love Algonquin! Next time, you should hike the LookOut trail. It’s not a long trail, but it is challenging and the view at the top is spectacular.
If we didn't have reservations in Quebec we had to get to, I would have loved to have stayed awhile. But there is likely a next time.
Thanks so much for the video.
What a wonderful video! Thanks for sharing!
Message in the bottle? The wine was consumed and Truth was revealed.😂
Thank you for a great time! When is the new rig ready?
3 weeks.
Another great video. Always full of adventures. We are wondering if you have your new van now??
No, probably 3 weeks.
Can I adopt them as well :)? Good people.
LOL. They are fun and nice to put up with us seniors.
swing butter churn?
Thank you! I had never seen that style before.
Has nobody told you guys that you are no longer in your 40’s ???
Well, sometimes our son does (as he approaches 50).
