  • We have an order for a pair of Adirondack Chairs from a wonderful customer of ours that we will be making out of some Oak that we had previously sawmilled and kiln dried. This customer has been so good to us so we definitely want to take care of her! It's all about the customer service here at Bearded Lumber!
This video is going to be a two part video due to the amount of work that goes into building these chairs.
In part 1, we will be running our maple boards through our Grizzly Planer and our EG100 WoodMizer Edger. After we get the boards ready, then we are going to move on to the workshop where we will be cutting the boards we need for the chairs with some premade templates that we have used in the past. Finally, we will be sanding everything.
Part 2 will be later and that will be the assembly of the chairs!
We want to give a huge shoutout to Solomon, he helps us so much editing some of the videos. Be sure to check out his channels.

Making templates for chairs or any item that may be needed again is worth the effort. Better that plans by an order of magnitude. Ray

As good as you boys are, you need to get some industrial size machinery. Nice video

Yes they are there from a fishing trip many years ago.
There's a very funny story behind them I'll have to tell it sometime.
