Hello Don, thank you to your platform I landed my current job and am going through this currently. You mentioned potentially speaking to HR, or your manager. This could be poking the bear, especially when the manager is dishonest and acts threatened (confirmed) and prioritizes an employee last. If there is a management issue, what about one step up to the Director vs triggering HR or making your current manager more resentful. No one wants to throw the baby out with the bath water, especially when the goal is not to disrupt an income. Finally, can you do a video on job search best practices for those 60+ years old. Talk to your manager about your concerns unless you’re miserable bc of that manager.
