This scene really shows the deep rooted Patriarchy in our society Anil kapoor is telling Shefali shah that she is nothing without him because he has bulid all the buissness himself and it's his money without acknowledging the fact that she was the one who supported him and took care of the children and all his needs and sacrificed her own dreams so that he could have a successful career housewives are always underestimated in our society nobody acknowledge their work and praise them for their efforts I hope it changes soon

@@NP-vn8so look it's not about how much it made, it's about how many people know about the movie existing or how many on average basis have watched it, sure it did good on box office but comparing dilwale with dil dhadakne do, which is more overrated? Also, it should have won so many awards but it didn't get much recognition. So giving base to my comment, it's actually underrated.

And, of course, just because we haven’t heard anyone mention this movie doesn’t mean there aren’t probably tens of thousands of people (heck, even millions) out there who have watched this movie and are watching it even now.

This scene when Anil is complaining of food and the way Shafali reacts to him shouting is so relatable in every middle class family where the man has to complain about food and then mother will say why don't you say what you want to eat in the morning. Then the father diverts his frustration on the child and starts complaining how much they have worked hard. Then goes back to scold the woman too who tries to stop him. Byas jhagra chalu .Exactly same.

The ending quote by the dog is really a very sensible remark on the misunderstandings we all have every now and then in our lives. inspite of having a great capability to communicate often things become much complicated and I think it's because We are not ready to listen to the other person's point of view in a conversation the way we want him to listen to us. There almost everybody is lacking patience
#Moral of the story: First be a good listener and give time to the other person to explain himself, be patient enough before forming any opinion or being judgemental and only after both of the people involved will behave maturely in the same way as mentioned above then no further misunderstandings will come into scene

But you know if you can walk to school it's a healthy exercise for your body. and walking to school with friends is healthy for our minds and social interactions. 😄
Point is don't disregard everything your parent says just cox it seems outdated. There is usually some value in those words. In your forties or fifties you may eventually figure it out, or you can slowly start appreciating those words now.
I am someone who didn't appreciate such things back then, but now I see the value in them and I regret that I didn't appreciate it more back in my teens or twenties. We all are guilty of not understanding or listening or ignoring someone in our lives. We all can do better.
My dad had a car when he was my age. He was also married. And here I am, walking everyday to my workplace. Things have reversed in my family
Whether you're rich or poor it's never a good idea to spoil kids with technology and money at an early age.

Why is this scene so relatable even though I don’t belong to a rich family.
Such a refreshing movie. Set entirely on the cruise with the great songs and the ensemble cast so befitting to the script that very aptly showcased the lives and things that are to do with the elites, how the Richie rich have their own set of problems and their inter-personal relationships.
