It’s a whole new level of performance by Ranveer. Authentic and heartfelt. So does Tota Roy Chowdhury. And then there is Shabana Azmi who delivers without saying a word. So does the lady playing Rani’s mom(sorry don’t know her name)

The reason he is a method actor is this, he needs to show the intent of a child complaining to elders for ignorance and he delivers what he's been asked for!

yes cancelling each other so quick that we won't think of what aftermath this can turn into for that person after being cancelled like that.
But yeah not all of them are persons like Rocky..
He can openly show his mind, cry his heart out and he is brave to admit his lacking, his fault, his intention to learn the right thing.
His attitude his mindset is totally what Rani sees in him apart from his family, education wagera wagera.
Recognising human's soft corner and reminding them of that is very important bcz with trend of negativity human remains forgotten of what he or she has used to learning when he or she was little kid.
Also parenting means being the best support of a kid and he or she starts learning and discovering the real potential in him or her.
That support without bias can make them confident later and encourages them to stand for what is just!
This movie is too much unfairly judged still did good commercially. But the whole point of the movie should be judged from the other perspective too
