They look great but Why not use a copper pipe cutter. Nice and clean cut. Put the cartridge into your electric drill chuck, then attach the pipe cutter at the desired end and start the drill on low setting. Obviously holding onto the cutter carefully.
Patryk, Google cufflink findings or cufflink blanks. There's also a bunch of them on Amazon. I got some gold coloured ones from Amazon, there were just over $3. for five pair.
+Da Lnpster I originally got them on eBay. They're not too expensive. If you make some, let me know. I'd like to see how they turn out. Thanks for watching!
LOL Why waste the time using the aviation shears instead of a cutoff wheel and grinder.......you use electricity in the drill to clean up the crappy cut from the shears..... Would give a much cleaner cut and wouldn't have to waste as much time cleaning it up.

What adhesive did you use to join the finished casing to the cuff link blank?
I used E6000. :-)
Looks great, whats do you use as a polishing compound?
+bravoteam123 It was just the compound that came in a Dremel brand kit. Thanks for watching!
Great idea and video!
Thanks!

They look good, but they aren't made from bullets Like the title suggests, they're made from shell casings.
It's in there somewhere. Lol. I think maybe people can visualize a bullet easier than a casing? Not sure. Thanks for watching.
