your lessons are gold sir, please keep posting. If you would be so kind, I would like to know your opinion about the action on the right foot. Should this be a deliberate action exerting force, or should one move as quickly as possible to the left leg block?
Thank you! I’ll add your question to my topic list 👍🏻 the right foot is early in a chain of events that leads to transferring energy up your body. It doesn’t exert force like a push off the ground but contributes to the transfer of energy. I’ll do my best to articulate it in a video.
