How is a consumer supposed to trust his opinion (ex. Someone looking at a photo of his makeup on insta where he tags a product) when the pigmentation shown on his photos may not be accurate.
I mean if he's such a great makeup artist shouldn't his makeup look good without facetune? Like, I'm a cosplayer, I use it to change my eye color (I'm blind and prescription color contacts are priceyyyyy) or hide the occasional bra strap the slipped out. I'm far from calling myself a makeup artist or any kind of beauty guru, yet I don't mess with mine, it feels like lying. And when your brand, reputation, and business/livelihood is based on you being talented at makeup, why would you use any kind of retouch (and not just general photo editing, not photoshop/facetune/ect) let alone brag about it?

Don’t blame them too harshly. Some of those fibers still look too long and way too dark be from a pressing ribbon. It’s completely possible and probably realistic that there might be a hair in a pallet somewhere-but they did receive a new pallet and/or refund which should be compensation enough if it was a hair.
