South Indians are so humble people as my father Mechnical Engineer from Durham University and being a Hyderabadi had great RAO ,Reddy and Pillai in Hyderabad PWD. He had great regards for the South Indians Engineers.

I wonder if 50-100 years or centuries later how our youth will react about murthys in similar way as we react about slave owners in Europe and America.
I encourage every Indian to migrate to Europe and America instead and work for end client directly bypassing Commission agent Infosys. Our friends from Andhra have setup 80 thousand staffing firms/consultancies and give 80 % of client dollars to hard working employee on a hourly basis and suck only 20 % commission. We are happy to work for 90 hours per week not just 70 hours because we get paid for every extra hour.
Four-month-old Ekagrah Rohan Murty has become a millionaire even before learning how to walk on two legs as his grandfather and billionaire NR Narayana Murthy has gifted him 15 lakh Infosys shares worth over Rs 240 crore.
@@zahirahai9503 This is because his grandpa reduced hard working Indians as cheap labor to his western clients and sucked up all the commission in between.
@@anilprasanna many times your friends from andhra's consultancies have implementation partners which are companies like infosys, tcs and such service sector and they are just a last layer in comissions. The problem is that those indian owned consultancies are just visa shops many times and not for an average joe from our country.
@@shubhamrane7020 you can bypass those implementation partners by talking to the end client. If the end client is not willing to sponsor the H1B, you can talk to Andhra Telugu consultancy and they will do the paper work for H1B transfer sucking 20 % commission from end client dollars. So if client gives 100 dollars per hour, 80 dollars per hour is all yours which translates to a 160 k yearly package with a 40 hour per week schedule. There is no need to work for 70 hours per week and give 80 % commission to Narayan Murthy who will then gift 250 crores to his just born grandson. Do not underestimate yourselves to be average joe. End clients in USA have enormous respect to Indian talent and pay heavily. Its only because of Commission agents like Murthy, you end up being poor and low sense of self esteem. There is nothing illegal here. Infosys, TCS etc are just glorified consultancies as opposed to a small staffing firm having 50 employees owned by our Telugu friends.

Most south Indian s especially Brahmins live frugal lives even if we afford we don’t spend money we have to be very careful as we have no support system s to help us.

Sudha - I have a genuine doubt. If your husband worked from 6 AM to 9 PM every day except Sundays, how did you get 2 babies ? What if ovulation day fell on a Monday ?? I am not exaggerating. These are real life fertility problems that some of your employees face on a daily basis. And I cannot even bring up how difficult it is for a woman to work for 70 hours per week when you snatch your charity money by force from their already pathetic salaries.

Sare paisa apne sath kabr me le ke jayega. ye log kale angrej hai Indian ko majdoor ke tarah bas use karna chahte hain bhagidari nhi dena chahte.

@@tanmaychandak8314 If in initial days company pays low salary and wants more work that's ok, but when multinational companies who is charging 1cr from client for same person and giving 3-7 lakh in return it's not employment its exploitation. Most of the Indian company follow the same rule of exploitation they don't want to give better salary want's employee to work 12-15 hours and giving share of company they don't even dream about it. Foreign based companies in India gives better standard of life. Indian companies are all about exploiting India and government is helping them. Indian's don't know their right that's why they are exploiting. Being 5th largest economy all money is going to only few people at top, government should make minimum wage mandatory then only Indian will grow horizontally. with current system even if India comes at 1st position it will not help regular people.
