The rt doesn't have true dual exhaust. Only dual exhaust tips. Which is useless. If dodge wanted to do it properly then they should have done dual exhaust pipe all the way from the manifolds. Which could have been done, which they did not. ? They could have done it and got a little more horse power.
Who cares? It has enough horsepower to do what the vehicle is intended to do. It is basically a more stylish minivan....don't really need Earth shattering horsepower to bring the kids to the mall.
