Man, it's hard to use this card because you shouldn't rely so much on your dodges, they are always fatal sometimes, but to the point where you should stop all the dodge stacks on the first turn in your passive so you don't die right away from a single enemy attack
I used him for Legendary Existence vs Blue Evolution Vegeta and he dodged every hit. I literally put him slot 1 turn 3 because slot 7, and he was him. He's so inconsistent though.
I think it may be how his dodge is written. I don't think it's a straight up 84%, but rather a if he doesn't dodge from 20%, we try 30%, if not that, then 7%, and another 7%. If that makes sense

Craziest thing is that if you ever even wanted to run STR UI right with less issues than normal you have to run a dodge crit build on him to run him normally as a slot one dodger and or slot three floater because I got that mf with 23 dodge and 18 crit because that mfs crit proc is so nonexistent and that mf will cook until turn 8 obviously but highest atk stat I’ve seen with this dude is like 32 mil with teq UI support and my STR UI is rainbowed

For me i use str ui sign goku and he works u just have to hope he dodges and builds up well in the earlier phases and afters that he actually tanks well especially if u have the teq ui buffs and lr U7 reps buffs he actually cooks (Mine is at 69% and i like using him)
