Naruto Uchiha Just my opinion, but yes you are over training. My workout looks similar, but I do leg workouts where you do karate. However, what you should do is take 1 day off per week. I dont do any training on Sunday. I might play basketball or another sport casually with friends, but nothing more than that.

point guard if you are trying to play in college division 1 shooting guards are the 6'3-6'6 range. But if you have a better shot then your handle then go for shooting guard but if your handle is better go for PG.

    Sir,
I'm the 5'8 pg on my team in India playing for district level(want to get selected for state with best 100% performance).
The problem i have is that i get nervous while doing my dribble moves even though I've good control over the ball and and can split the defense. When i wasn't under a coach i used be confident while doing my dribble moves. But now the coaches say that u should not take too many dribbles. That's correct but what now has happened is the i even hesitate to do a crossover or a behind the back move and i can do those move really good. But i dont. I want the in which i do not take too many dribbles and get into the lane for a layup with some crazy and nasty dribble moves. Pls sir give me a solution. Thank you
