As someone whose first exposure to Lizard was the 60s series on VHS, this Lizard is PERFECT. I like the BAF a lot but this is definitely my image of Lizard. Also that comic cover with Lizard and the alligators....now I've definitely gotta pose this guy up with Fiona from the Classified Series hehe
I really liked the lizard BAF for its Komodo dragon like design and I’ve never liked this version of lizard because he looks a bit silly but this one looks really good.
The BAF head looks nothing like a Komodo Dragon, it’s a Tyrannosaurus Rex head. The new alternate head here looks more like a Komodo Dragon, except with far more prominent teeth. The inside of a Komodo’s mouth is more like an anaconda or boa, they almost look toothless, though they have a hidden row of teeth curved inward that prevents live prey from escaping. Most large predatory lizards have this kind of curved teeth because they can’t kill their prey before eating it- crocodilians pretty much stand alone with prominent straight teeth because rows of straight teeth for chomping just aren’t functional for they way most reptiles are built to hunt. Crocs and alligators either eat fish or drown their prey, so a killing neck bite doesn’t matter- when they try to just bite large snakes to death, they miss the neck and often lose and get strangled.
I have made this comment elsewhere, so, here i go again; Lizard, the new Beast, Reid Richards and Moria Mctaggart can have a great white coat science diorama display, all their beakers and white coats being there
I'm not sure about this one. I prefer the BAF. I don't really care for the shade of green they used for him. The only thing that tempts me is. I've always wanted to put together a Secret Wars (1984) display. This is the way he looked in that story. Before McFarlane made him a bit bigger in the 90's. But with price increases, and cutting back on figures. I don't think that will be enough to justify a purchase.
Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet, if you swap the lizard parts with human parts, this wpuld be great for a Bruce Banner figure. It even has the pants color there already.

lol you show the old one and new one together and jeez the old one looks so clearly superior to me just as a sculpt. I think I like the way the eyes of the shorter snout original appearance head look than the longer snout of this new release, and that short snout makes it more different and less like an inferior version of the older long snout one which looks so good in comparison when you show them together.
the tail being made of rubber, not a harder PVC, is what prevents deeper sculpt in the scales. it’s a case of possibility vs style, which one ya want? Personally, a tail that goes down and curls up close to the back of the figure in a hard PVC would be better but, that is just me. Keep up the great work Dave
I like the ultimate Spidey slight body from the villain 5 pack because I have hopes that will replace the pizza Spidey leg and hips... The Avenger 60th is the same as the X-Men they should do a box-set of the original costumes to match the cover and hopefully we can get a new Ant-Man with that body plus OG Wasp and gold Iron Man that can be a deluxe later of the original silver armor.
Thanks for the review, Dave! That's more like what a modern Marvel Legends should be like in terms of buck and accessories. I don't even collect Spider-Man villains (gotta be reasonable somewhere) but even I'm tempted to get him. It was not the case for someone like Hobgoblin who I also considered getting but didn't once I saw him in store.
Of all the older classic comic stories out there Spider-Man’s is one of the one’s that still holds up even with modern tweaks it still works and yes all the older stories has problems and faux pas it really dose still hold up yeah Aunt may and Uncle Ben are way too old other wise the stories pretty solid unlike DC some of that old stuff is unreadable nonsense I was like how did these companies survive let alone make it, but I digress lets get back to the figure it should have come with a Curt Conner Head and hands, a transforming head and hands, then the monstrous head and hands if Mafex and Mezco can do it they should be able to do it too for cheaper cost with just as good quality or better.
Maaaaaaaaaan this is such a good figure I love this Lizard. And when I'm thinking and imagine baf lizard among this display..... I totally prefer retro one, more humanoid, much more lizard looking not dinosaur , bright green and purple much more outstanding and vibrant , good sculpting, more accessories to display him in different ways, or first appearance or classic. And I love doing this every now and then I'm displaying my figures in differnet ways or new poses or differnet accessories. The tail looks much more realistic. Only downside I think is if he could be tiny bigger he would be perfect and that is how he gets from me 9/10 I guess my perfect Lizard is the one drawn by Mark Bagley, Todd Mcfarlane,. But I like the giant lizard too for example I really liked his FIRST fight boss size in spider-man 3 the game (because later he was as big as sentinel for example XD) that was perfect giant lizard more monstrous than humanoid and not too big. If hasbro gonna do some slight changes, retools like: different painting , new head, new tail, better articulation in legs I would really like to get another lizard from different era. But this one? Is my perfect favorite humanoid lizard. Just tiny bigger but well he is actually bigger than spidey in torso and legs but the neck is shorter and spidey has longer neck that is why they look more same size imo if you will pose spider-man in more crouching pose and lizard more standing? He will look a little bigger for me. If you saw pictures on priv I have sended well I think it worked. But I will try this again. It is really fun to play them XD

Can everyone who sees this rank from your favorite to least of the sculpts of all the figures David sets up together and other classic style Spider-Man figures like Doctor Octopus and stuff? I barely have any of those figures except the Green Goblin so far. I think I'll get Shocker at some point probably. I mainly got the Green Goblin for the unmasked head to use as Yon Rogg potentially. I'm not crazy about the look of much of the Spider-Man animated line if I think about it, I have Mysterio from there which I like as well. I have the older Green Goblin and Mysterio also and I probably find the older Green Goblin more impressive looking and the newer Mysterio to be better than the older. I don't care if something is comic or original appearance accurate, just so long as it looks cool. When David sets these up in the video, I can appreciate Kingpin and Rhino a lot, even Electro but I find Electro to look too over-the-top and unbelievable and excessive lol, maybe his name should've been Shocker for his shocking appearance. All versions of Shocker look good to me and I'll probably get the older and newer at some point but it isn't a high priority overall. I'd like the older Hobgoblin probably and some sort of head that works as Macendale. So my ranking based on what I have and what would look best among my things is: Spider-Man Shocker Kingpin Rhino Electro Sandman Green Goblin Lizard and I'm unlikely to buy any of these besides Spider-Man and Shocker. I think the Rhino looks very good in his various versions but I mainly don't like the design and I'd prefer the masked version but I like the head sculpt of the new one for its realism and character. I don't like Sandman's design as a character, I don't like practically any of these lol. Shocker is cool and could work for lots of different things. I might get Kingpin as just another gangster boss but I don't like having a huge fatso really (giant bulging blubber muscles actuallaay). As a joke figure I might get a Kingpin in his martial arts training get-up instead, because I was very entertained by his Fat-Su Martial Arts techniques in the comics. I'm looking forward to Scorpion at least, and I have the older and the two Toybiz variants plus the even older 5 inch one. My older Scorpion from Hasbro has some paint defect which makes his flesh color visible underneath, so he has both the mask and the mask rubbed off, which was nice to see. I might not mind a Lame-O campy first appearance version of Scorpion also, even though later versions are my favorite and look cool to me. Mysterio might be my favorite from the line so far. Venom from the 3-Pack will be the Venom of choice as I didn't appreciate the blue and red dual color thing, I don't care if that is how he appeared in the cartoon! Plus they made that version pretty difficult to get for me anyway. Where are the other great characters from the animated series or Spider-Man stories in general? Have we gotten the entire main set of classic villains? Those being The Green Goblin, The Lizard, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Rhino, Electro, Mysterio, and Kingpin? Next, from a little later maybe and a litte lesser in some cases would be Hobgoblin, Scorpion, Shocker, Venom, Kraven, what else? Third, Morbius, Black Cat, Mary Jane, Gwen, J.J.J.. It looks like they are covering or have covered, sometimes more than once, a lot of the recurring characters. It actually amazes me how few of them I like or care about at all lol. Even the ones I do like, like Shocker, I apparently don't like enough to have purchased just yet and it remains a lower priority overall. This is sort of an existential crisis. Do I even like Spider-Man stuff? Lol. Spider-Man is my favorite comic book super hero, I'm pretty sure, and maybe the villains being lame and ridiculous is what makes his kicking their stupid faces in more enjoyable. I don't like Doctor Octopus, he looks annoying to me, so it is enjoyable when Spider-Man gets him. Tombstone I like, Scorpion I like, as well as Shocker, Swarm, Macendale. I think I like the lesser sort of characters and goons overall, and I don't like Kingpin, Doctor Octopus, Lizard. I do like the Green Goblin though. I would like Spider-Man to face cool looking villains, so that everything displayed is properly cool. I have no problem mixing lines and stories. So McFarlane Bane will be fine facing Spider-Man as two cool looking figures against one another.
Not to be a smarty-pants but the red beaker is called an Erlenmeyer flask. The round one is called a volumetric flask. Often times he will take a beaker full of a chemical which is a cylinder drop that beaker full of chemical into an Erlenmeyer flask with water in it to create a double boiler. That could be why the round one has a small cylinder of yellow in the middle, to mimic a double boiler. Love your videos, been watching since Covid started, keep doing what you’re doing.
@@aFoxyFox. The round one with the yellow cylinder inside is the volumetric flask which can be used as a double boiler. The red almost triangular is the Erlenmeyer flask.
@@jimwheeler9840 i hear you. I bought the 5 pack for the human fly, razorback and Silvermane. I do like those 3 especially fly and razorback. Molten Man should have been on a bigger body, with say Nuke's head....something like that. He's way too small.
@@Dave-rf1zj Too small. Too purely yellow. And no texture to his surface. He's more like a human glow stick than Molten Man. (My point of reference is 1970 for the classic/retro style).
My only complain with some of the retros is the lack of washes, to give figure some texture and realism but in the s=case of the Spidey ones they're meant to match the series astetihics with were literally cartoonish, so less wash and brighter colors. The same can't be said of a character like Tigra, that was just poor design. They should have chosen a creamer pumpkin orange as wash for the brighter pumpkin color and painted her claws. They cost the same as a main line, give me main line quality.
Im an outta box collector but Rhino looked so badass in it's packaging I still haven't opened it, and I fear I'll do the same with Lizard once he arrives 😞
Is the tail the softer type of plastic/rubber that's hard to do a wash on? Also is the plastic for the pants and body as shiny as it looks sometimes? This guy looks like he'd probably do well with a matte top coat.

Because as was going through them I noticed it would be cool to add some Avengers that haven't been done before and sort of go by either appearance or when they joined the Avengers. What do you think Dave?
Honestly I think this is a huge improvement over the builder figure which I actually do like still but you can’t really pose the legs at all he’s hard to stand and he looks more like a dinosaur more so than anything so I think this is a far superior figure of the lizard that said still gonna hold onto my build a figure because I do have some minor attachment to it since I’ve made the modification to the legs to make him a little bit easier to stand that said though this is gonna be my primary lizard in my marvel legends collection great review man really enjoyed it

They could definitely have used a slightly bigger boddy but otherwise this perfect for me. I'am really glad about the head options and I wish they had also included another head in the Scorpion box :'(
My buddy just picked up 1 4 me at a show and I'm very curious how he will scale up 2 the classic toybiz 1. He does look sick and that 1st appearance head sculpt is a very underrated aspect 2 him

Dave, you've convinced me! I'll pick one up. I was never satisfied with the huge size of the BaF Lizard but still liked it more than earlier Lizards. This one seems just right.
I indeed do! I mean, Peter's 5'6" so as a Spidey fan you gotta love a David and Goliath bout. But, while variable in form, the Lizard is usually not much bigger than Doc Connors. I think this new Lizard figure gets it right.
@@corygraves4351 That is a great idea, I'd love a whole civilian character pack, all the famous characters which appeared regularly in their civilian forms, especially the ones which haven't been made before, if they want to cheap out in some cases they can use some head sculpts they already have, and they will surely use bodies that they already have, I can think of more than enough pretty major characters and regulars that could fill out a set or even more. They could even make the sets have useful backgrounds like the Hellfire Club set. They could have school, the neighborhood, the Bugle, and each set ends up being a location people can pop out and stage scenes in. If they want to get really cute and generous and fancy, they can make the sets hard enough to pop out fully or have 3 dimensional pop out elements that make them more like 3d dioramas. I think people would love those and it would make them more likely to buy the sets, sometimes even just for those backdrops too.

I don't know. Its a really good figure, but i don't like so much the scale. I always picture the Lizard like a really big monster (not so Big like Rhino but still a big guy)

With the sun shining through to your diorama area do you ever get any issues with figures/ display pieces yellowing? ive had to lock alll white plastic figs in a dark room with no skylight/suntubes ..had some terrible luck with hasbro figures yellowing at the first contact of sunlight

It makes it so hard to keep the box intact (cause I keep all the accessories I don’t use in the box, and any day I may move, I know where everything is)
So, sex jokes aside, or inside, how do you all like David's Lizard? I haven't seen the review yet but let me say preemptively that it looks LAME-O and ST00P1D! and I like to believe! I mean a figure should, even if it is fantastical, be designed in such a way that it looks believable, likely, possible, true, that it has enough character to be worthwhile, that it seems to have come into existence and could be something right there in a scene. Things that look very plastic kind of take a person out of it, cel shading, certain faces or expressions or eyes, even colors and textures on the sculpt. There are also characters that are cool and in their coolness they are inspiring, and how much I can believe in them is probably part of that. I can absolutely believe in a scientist turning into a creepy reptilian due to some CRISPR gene editing gone wrong, or even into a big monster lizard, so it isn't the story stuff that necessarily has to do with believability. Sometimes characters created just to pander or which seem "shoehorned" in suddenly without any natural or organic cause or development or origin, made to cater to demographics or demands or to advertise a product, just don't feel like a real or a whole person or character, I don't believe them or believe in them. I have my doubts about a lot of the Star Wars Inquisitors for example and the various things which seem to defy stuff that seemed to be standard procedure for the Empire, but I can be convinced and accept things if they are explained well enough and continue to make sense, which is apparently not important to corporate or the hacks they seem to hire these days! Everything has gotten stupider in the worst ways, I'm currently watching a video called Pop Music Has Gotten Stupider And I Can Prove It! Featuring a completely Bald Older British Guy (Next Poke-volution Stage for David or from an entirely different progression chain?) So, when I watch this review, I'll be looking at how much the appearance of this design and figure allows me to believe, or how ultimately "fake" and unacceptable and unbelievable it would look to me and throwing me out of a feeling of a real scene or a good scene occurring or possible, just like Sonic v.1 from the Un-canyons of Uncanny Valley. I don't even need a thing to look like the comics, I just need it to look like something I can accept has dialogue, can look at the characters they are speaking to and don't have weird sight lines or angles necessary or expressions that don't look like they could possibly say anything. So is the person who made this, the person who made Toad? Maybe not, except that the two could go in a set of figures that look annoying to me and aren't what I wanted, and that is especially the case for the new Toad figure, which so many people were saying they loved? That is like the beginning of a bar fight. How DARE someone want that Toad figure or think it looks like absolutely the Toad of their dreams and nightly fantasies? I believe in Vault Guardsman, but will I believe in Lizard? I'll check out this review to see!

People do look at things and read things that very few people have looked at and read overall, gird thyself with some faith) there was a cool Green Goblin design I'd like to see available in action figure form! Would you say you've grown up being much more of an empty / non-solid digital sort of character player rather than having much interest or overall experience with handling the meat and heft of physical figures? Do you play using a keyboard? I think that physical controllers might have more similarities in some ways to handling a toy as compared to a keyboard.

Of all the older classic comic stories out there Spider-Man’s is one of the one’s that still holds up even with modern tweaks it still works and yes all the older stories has problems and faux pas it really dose still hold up yeah Aunt may and Uncle Ben are way too old other wise the stories pretty solid unlike DC some of that old stuff is unreadable nonsense I was like how did these companies survive let alone make it, but I digress lets get back to the figure it should have come with a Curt Conner Head and hands, a transforming head and hands, then the monstrous head and hands if Mafex and Mezco can do it they should be able to do it too for cheaper cost with just as good quality or better.
Maaaaaaaaaan this is such a good figure I love this Lizard. And when I'm thinking and imagine baf lizard among this display..... I totally prefer retro one, more humanoid, much more lizard looking not dinosaur , bright green and purple much more outstanding and vibrant , good sculpting, more accessories to display him in different ways, or first appearance or classic. And I love doing this every now and then I'm displaying my figures in differnet ways or new poses or differnet accessories. The tail looks much more realistic. Only downside I think is if he could be tiny bigger he would be perfect and that is how he gets from me 9/10 I guess my perfect Lizard is the one drawn by Mark Bagley, Todd Mcfarlane,. But I like the giant lizard too for example I really liked his FIRST fight boss size in spider-man 3 the game (because later he was as big as sentinel for example XD) that was perfect giant lizard more monstrous than humanoid and not too big. If hasbro gonna do some slight changes, retools like: different painting , new head, new tail, better articulation in legs I would really like to get another lizard from different era. But this one? Is my perfect favorite humanoid lizard. Just tiny bigger but well he is actually bigger than spidey in torso and legs but the neck is shorter and spidey has longer neck that is why they look more same size imo if you will pose spider-man in more crouching pose and lizard more standing? He will look a little bigger for me. If you saw pictures on priv I have sended well I think it worked. But I will try this again. It is really fun to play them XD

I barely have any of those figures except the Green Goblin so far. I think I'll get Shocker at some point probably.
I mainly got the Green Goblin for the unmasked head to use as Yon Rogg potentially. I'm not crazy about the look of much of the Spider-Man animated line if I think about it, I have Mysterio from there which I like as well. I have the older Green Goblin and Mysterio also and I probably find the older Green Goblin more impressive looking and the newer Mysterio to be better than the older. I don't care if something is comic or original appearance accurate, just so long as it looks cool.
When David sets these up in the video, I can appreciate Kingpin and Rhino a lot, even Electro but I find Electro to look too over-the-top and unbelievable and excessive lol, maybe his name should've been Shocker for his shocking appearance. All versions of Shocker look good to me and I'll probably get the older and newer at some point but it isn't a high priority overall. I'd like the older Hobgoblin probably and some sort of head that works as Macendale.
So my ranking based on what I have and what would look best among my things is:
Spider-Man
Shocker
Kingpin
Rhino
Electro
Sandman
Green Goblin
Lizard
and I'm unlikely to buy any of these besides Spider-Man and Shocker. I think the Rhino looks very good in his various versions but I mainly don't like the design and I'd prefer the masked version but I like the head sculpt of the new one for its realism and character.
I don't like Sandman's design as a character, I don't like practically any of these lol.
Shocker is cool and could work for lots of different things. I might get Kingpin as just another gangster boss but I don't like having a huge fatso really (giant bulging blubber muscles actuallaay). As a joke figure I might get a Kingpin in his martial arts training get-up instead, because I was very entertained by his Fat-Su Martial Arts techniques in the comics.
I'm looking forward to Scorpion at least, and I have the older and the two Toybiz variants plus the even older 5 inch one. My older Scorpion from Hasbro has some paint defect which makes his flesh color visible underneath, so he has both the mask and the mask rubbed off, which was nice to see. I might not mind a Lame-O campy first appearance version of Scorpion also, even though later versions are my favorite and look cool to me.
Mysterio might be my favorite from the line so far. Venom from the 3-Pack will be the Venom of choice as I didn't appreciate the blue and red dual color thing, I don't care if that is how he appeared in the cartoon! Plus they made that version pretty difficult to get for me anyway.
Where are the other great characters from the animated series or Spider-Man stories in general?
Have we gotten the entire main set of classic villains? Those being The Green Goblin, The Lizard, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Rhino, Electro, Mysterio, and Kingpin?
Next, from a little later maybe and a litte lesser in some cases would be Hobgoblin, Scorpion, Shocker, Venom, Kraven, what else?
Third, Morbius, Black Cat, Mary Jane, Gwen, J.J.J..
It looks like they are covering or have covered, sometimes more than once, a lot of the recurring characters.
It actually amazes me how few of them I like or care about at all lol.
Even the ones I do like, like Shocker, I apparently don't like enough to have purchased just yet and it remains a lower priority overall.
This is sort of an existential crisis. Do I even like Spider-Man stuff? Lol. Spider-Man is my favorite comic book super hero, I'm pretty sure, and maybe the villains being lame and ridiculous is what makes his kicking their stupid faces in more enjoyable.
I don't like Doctor Octopus, he looks annoying to me, so it is enjoyable when Spider-Man gets him.
Tombstone I like, Scorpion I like, as well as Shocker, Swarm, Macendale. I think I like the lesser sort of characters and goons overall, and I don't like Kingpin, Doctor Octopus, Lizard. I do like the Green Goblin though.
I would like Spider-Man to face cool looking villains, so that everything displayed is properly cool. I have no problem mixing lines and stories. So McFarlane Bane will be fine facing Spider-Man as two cool looking figures against one another.
Not to be a smarty-pants but the red beaker is called an Erlenmeyer flask. The round one is called a volumetric flask. Often times he will take a beaker full of a chemical which is a cylinder drop that beaker full of chemical into an Erlenmeyer flask with water in it to create a double boiler. That could be why the round one has a small cylinder of yellow in the middle, to mimic a double boiler. Love your videos, been watching since Covid started, keep doing what you’re doing.

@@jimwheeler9840 i hear you. I bought the 5 pack for the human fly, razorback and Silvermane. I do like those 3 especially fly and razorback. Molten Man should have been on a bigger body, with say Nuke's head....something like that. He's way too small.
@@Dave-rf1zj Too small. Too purely yellow. And no texture to his surface. He's more like a human glow stick than Molten Man. (My point of reference is 1970 for the classic/retro style).
My only complain with some of the retros is the lack of washes, to give figure some texture and realism but in the s=case of the Spidey ones they're meant to match the series astetihics with were literally cartoonish, so less wash and brighter colors. The same can't be said of a character like Tigra, that was just poor design. They should have chosen a creamer pumpkin orange as wash for the brighter pumpkin color and painted her claws. They cost the same as a main line, give me main line quality.
Im an outta box collector but Rhino looked so badass in it's packaging I still haven't opened it, and I fear I'll do the same with Lizard once he arrives 😞

Is the tail the softer type of plastic/rubber that's hard to do a wash on?
Also is the plastic for the pants and body as shiny as it looks sometimes? This guy looks like he'd probably do well with a matte top coat.
I think if his shoulders were wider it would look better but he still looks dope!

Honestly I think this is a huge improvement over the builder figure which I actually do like still but you can’t really pose the legs at all he’s hard to stand and he looks more like a dinosaur more so than anything so I think this is a far superior figure of the lizard that said still gonna hold onto my build a figure because I do have some minor attachment to it since I’ve made the modification to the legs to make him a little bit easier to stand that said though this is gonna be my primary lizard in my marvel legends collection great review man really enjoyed it

I indeed do! I mean, Peter's 5'6" so as a Spidey fan you gotta love a David and Goliath bout. But, while variable in form, the Lizard is usually not much bigger than Doc Connors. I think this new Lizard figure gets it right.

@@corygraves4351 That is a great idea, I'd love a whole civilian character pack, all the famous characters which appeared regularly in their civilian forms, especially the ones which haven't been made before, if they want to cheap out in some cases they can use some head sculpts they already have, and they will surely use bodies that they already have, I can think of more than enough pretty major characters and regulars that could fill out a set or even more. They could even make the sets have useful backgrounds like the Hellfire Club set. They could have school, the neighborhood, the Bugle, and each set ends up being a location people can pop out and stage scenes in. If they want to get really cute and generous and fancy, they can make the sets hard enough to pop out fully or have 3 dimensional pop out elements that make them more like 3d dioramas. I think people would love those and it would make them more likely to buy the sets, sometimes even just for those backdrops too.

With the sun shining through to your diorama area do you ever get any issues with figures/ display pieces yellowing? ive had to lock alll white plastic figs in a dark room with no skylight/suntubes ..had some terrible luck with hasbro figures yellowing at the first contact of sunlight

I haven't seen the review yet but let me say preemptively that it looks LAME-O and ST00P1D! and I like to believe! I mean a figure should, even if it is fantastical, be designed in such a way that it looks believable, likely, possible, true, that it has enough character to be worthwhile, that it seems to have come into existence and could be something right there in a scene. Things that look very plastic kind of take a person out of it, cel shading, certain faces or expressions or eyes, even colors and textures on the sculpt.
There are also characters that are cool and in their coolness they are inspiring, and how much I can believe in them is probably part of that.
I can absolutely believe in a scientist turning into a creepy reptilian due to some CRISPR gene editing gone wrong, or even into a big monster lizard, so it isn't the story stuff that necessarily has to do with believability. Sometimes characters created just to pander or which seem "shoehorned" in suddenly without any natural or organic cause or development or origin, made to cater to demographics or demands or to advertise a product, just don't feel like a real or a whole person or character, I don't believe them or believe in them.
I have my doubts about a lot of the Star Wars Inquisitors for example and the various things which seem to defy stuff that seemed to be standard procedure for the Empire, but I can be convinced and accept things if they are explained well enough and continue to make sense, which is apparently not important to corporate or the hacks they seem to hire these days!
Everything has gotten stupider in the worst ways, I'm currently watching a video called Pop Music Has Gotten Stupider And I Can Prove It! Featuring a completely Bald Older British Guy (Next Poke-volution Stage for David or from an entirely different progression chain?)
So, when I watch this review, I'll be looking at how much the appearance of this design and figure allows me to believe, or how ultimately "fake" and unacceptable and unbelievable it would look to me and throwing me out of a feeling of a real scene or a good scene occurring or possible, just like Sonic v.1 from the Un-canyons of Uncanny Valley. I don't even need a thing to look like the comics, I just need it to look like something I can accept has dialogue, can look at the characters they are speaking to and don't have weird sight lines or angles necessary or expressions that don't look like they could possibly say anything.
So is the person who made this, the person who made Toad? Maybe not, except that the two could go in a set of figures that look annoying to me and aren't what I wanted, and that is especially the case for the new Toad figure, which so many people were saying they loved? That is like the beginning of a bar fight. How DARE someone want that Toad figure or think it looks like absolutely the Toad of their dreams and nightly fantasies?
I believe in Vault Guardsman, but will I believe in Lizard? I'll check out this review to see!

Do you play using a keyboard? I think that physical controllers might have more similarities in some ways to handling a toy as compared to a keyboard.
