As you're discussing leveraging and your 20% "Frogs", you might also take a look at sorting by prerequisites: You'll need to write the book before you can proofread it, you'll need to write the book before you can get beta-reader testimonials... It's not *required* to write the book before you market it...

Great video, Stefan! Up till now, I've been just been jotting down everything I have to accomplish for the day, and checking it off as I go. But rarely does everything get checked off at the end of the day, and even if there does, I don't feel fulfilled. Will definitely try this method as a change.
