Removed wicked whims and turbodriver from my mods folder and it worked! Thank you! I will wait the new WW update... I also noticed that turbodriver got harrassed/doxxed! 😭 Damn... Some people should really go outside.

I'll try that, 'cause I have a ongoing problem with CAS, whenever I click on my sim to change its appearance, the loading screen stays stuck and it's starting to infuriating me.😅

Did y'all tried to repair the game in EA Launcher Settings? Try that and delete the (.cache-data) maybe it will work.

Legit saved me hours of searching tysm!! I was panicking when I updated or deleted all the mods you mentioned and it still didn't work. Turns out it was the Zerbu Unlimited Likes and Dislikes mod. I can finally CAS again!
I tried removing everything and it still isn't working. Thank you for the advice though, I really appreciate it! I really hope the Sims team fixes this soon!

I solved my issue! I wasn't able to Edit Household or Change Sim due to forever loading into CAS, yet New Game CAS worked flawlessly. For me, Unlimited Likes and Dislikes needed updating-- Which makes sense, because Preferences were updated in the Lovestruck patch! Thankfully, there was a hotfix!

It's been 3 days since CAS is loading for me, i don't know what to do actually, EA app need to fix this issue because I only experienced this after the new update.
Same - this is the first time this is happening to me and tbh I sometimes just want to give with ts4 at this point bc it takes more time for me to prep the game than for me to ACTUALLY play it…
Its a base game issue most mods dont affect it
I keep getting told it's my mods. I deleted some of my mods.... I'm going to cry now
No mine works when i turn off custom content but when its on it has this problem

for me the more traits in cas from chingyu (the one that adds more trait slots, not the 200+ traits one) was causing the issue, cause even after updating mcc and removing the cas columns one i still couldnt get it to load but tysm ❤

literally just came home from work, wanting to play sims and updated my game. i tried to start a new game and was stuck on the white loading screen. i was trying to figure out what was wrong for so long and saw this video and it took a minute for it to load but it did load. THANK YOU.

@@megaxtell8425 did u fix it? i've found that the only slider i have downloaded crashed CAS. also a belly overlay (located in tattoos). it seems like genetics related mods are crashing the game ? but im also having trouble with custom makeup and hairs so idk T_T

I have been pulling my hair out for several hours trying to figure out why my cas is just stuck on loading. I don’t play Sims very often so I am late to the game and the problems that have been caused by this latest patch and of course I have a million mods and custom content. Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this! I’ve spent 3 days trying to figure out why my game was stuck on a white loading screen every time I tried to open CAS. I actually had all of those mods you mentioned. Luckily, most of them have already had an updated version added. So I deleted the old versions and downloaded the new ones and my game is running just fine!

I had the same issue. Removing the Better Sims mod worked for me.
@@SnezhanaWinterborn I don't have that mod, it's happening to me even when I disable mods which I've seen a lot of others saying too, so maybe it's an issue with the game itself? Either way I'm glad that worked for you, I hope that works for others too and i hope this gets fixed soon! :0

Wow thank you so much. I was so annoyed after the update, and every time after CAS I was stuck with this loading screen for hours, forgot to save my game and had to force quit it and lost everything. So reorganising my mod folders with this is probably the solution!

Hi, I wanted to mention that I did all the changes, but it was still happening. I tried doing it with another save and world, and it worked. So I also believe this is happening to broken/bugged saves and probably there's no fix but restarting. Because even with no mods, it still did that to me.

Okay. I’ve done everything . CAS Still will not load IN GAME. I can make sims intially. But I can’t edit them in CAS once they’re in LIVE mode

Oh i did all the above and it actually worked! Since the update, i had issues with my CAS being stuck on the loading screen. But thanks to you, it works normally now. I'm subbing to you

Hii saw ur vid n reupdated everything. My game loads to home page but then when I click resume it goes into an endless loading screen. I followed ur last video too, cant find the issue at all 😢

@@FilaceousHi there, thanks for your answer!! Tbh, I have lots of mods and scripts files. I have the ones mentioned in some videos like WW, MCCC, UI Cheats, More CAS columns but they are all updated. Also, I deleted the CAS background, the loading screen and the refresh menu, just in case. I also generated a new mods file but it's still slow and I deactivated the mods and script file from the options menu but when I try to load my savefile it takes forever, even with CC off. I wonder if the savefile is corrupted or something but I don't know because before updating the game (I had version 1.106) my game was fine and I could load that savefile without problem. I wonder if it may got corrupted after the update, if that's even possible, not sure. I have also cheked the graphics but they're updated.
I'll try to load another savefile or load the game offline, and try to regenerate the whole Sims 4 file, the Electronic Arts one. I hope we can find a solution, I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much!! ❤

@@Esteliita14 Hi! So, first thing - MCCC is not updated with latest july 23(26? cant remember) fix yet!! so MCCC needs to be deleted. if you look on deaderpool's site, it actually says in the info box the latest release has not been hotfixed yet!! that may be your issue.
@@Filaceous Hi again, sorry for the delay answering!! Today I uploaded again the game because I hadn't had the latest update and I entered in the game with just the mods mentioned before, no clothing, makeup or other stuff. At first I just had more columns, MCCC, etc and the game went just fine so I don't think the problem resides in there, but maybe is with other stuff. In fact, I have gotten into the savefile I thought it got corrupted due to the update but after putting all the stuff I have (clothing, makeup, hairstyles, etc), the savefile cannot load. I'll try to load another savefile with all the stuff I have and see if it loads 🤞
Could be tied to a broken save, but also to having a broken mods folder so I’m going to write both solutions (you can try first to reset the mods folder - even though we have all mods up to date - and if it still does not work, we can try to reset the ea folder aka keeping the current folder as a backup & getting a new one where we’re going to put all of our files)

I just tried it, it didn't work at first but deleting older script mods fixed the issue. Like CAS loaded up instantly when I opened it up. Preesh 🙏

You can still use the mod if you download the latest update (the one released at the end of July), from the official mcc website
