    Thats welcome news to hear regarding SPOB as a top company .
    I contacted a company in the UK who rebuild flow dividers and use the Bosch test equipment. The UK company told me they were fully booked up for six months ahead ,
    They were more expensive than SPOB.
    So, if you did decide yo remanufacture, you would get an awful lot of work.

    Hallo Peter, danke für Deine informativen Videos! Ich habe gerade meinen Mengenteiler revidiert und möchte ihn nun mittels graduierten Meßzylindern und einer Steuerkolbenauslenkung um 1mm auf die geforderten 6ml/min einstellen. (KA Jetronic) Jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage unter welchen Zustandsbedingungen gilt diese 6ml/min Vorgabe aus dem WIS? Der Steuerdruck bzw. Warmlaufregler bestimmt ja mit, wieviel Kraftstoffmenge zugeteilt wird. Gilt die Vorgabe für den kalten oder warmen Motor? Oder gibt es eine exakte Differenzdruckvorgabe? Besten Dank und schönen Gruß in die USA! Michael

      Der 6ml/min ist der effektive mittlewert. Die durch WuR tatsächliche Fluss Menge wird zwischen 4ml und 8-10ml liegen

      Normalerweise bei 20 C und den WuR angeschlossen an 12V und mit Druckanzeiger in WuR Leitung.
      Einstellung beginnt wenn heizdraht in WuR sich voll aufgeheizt hat und der Druck in the WuR Leitung auf normal wert gefallen ist (durch heizdraht, da Motor ja nicht läuft)

    Hi there, thanks a lot for these types of videos that you make. I have a question. For adjusting the idle flow, we need to push the plate to the place that it will be when the engine is running at the idle, right?
    So pushing it until we get 6ml/min is not a good way to adjust the flow.
    I think that we need to push the plate to the idle place and then adjust every cylinder so their flow rates get the same and about 6 ml/min.
    Am I wrong?

      6ml/min by adjusting each of the eight set screws

      @@parhammb4606 the plunger / piston of the FD has to be depressed by exactly 1 mm
      That is the idle speed.
      We will show this in a future video in the near term future

      @@parhammb4606 no the FD has to be out of the car on a calibration bench
      This fixture is only a test tool to check if the FD has to be replaced / rebuild
      This tool is to inaccurate to calibrate a FD

    Hi Peter.
    Have you built a test bench ,which you can mount the fuel distributor, together with a fuel pump and pressure regulatory.?
    In other words, duplicating the set-up, as if the distributor was mounted on the car.
    If the fuel distributor was fitted vertically on the test bench, it would be possible to adjust each delivery port quickly.
    As opposed to removing the distributor from the engine each time.

      @@inovahightechltd I have watched all your videos so far. They are fantastic.
      My car is a 1987 190e it has a 2 ltr je jetronic. UK registered from new.
      I live in Ireland ,and there are very few mechanics who understand the ke jetronic set up.
      My car failed the Emmissions test on high HC readings.
      There is a company in Germany who rebuilds the flow dividers and use a Bosch test bench to to cal;ibrate them.
      They are :- German SPOB GmbH. located in Sanitz Germany.
      I have sent my flow divider to them for rebuild, and calibration.
      Hopefully this will solve the problem with high HC emissions and rough idle.
      When I have the divider witted, I will let you know the results.

      @@johnburketransport I believe SPOB is the only Bosch authorized Facility for their new 1:1 Reman program under their Bosch Classic Program
      Bosch itself is currently rolling out a new global Bosch Service Center Franchising Program and they are accepting new applications from car repair shops.
      We are building one test system for educational purposes. We will not be rebuilding Distributors for hire.
      We want to show interested viewers on how these test systems work so they can build their own test system
