Hi Liam! Do you recommend reducing salt intake in your program? My blood pressure is usually low so I increase my salt intake but I feel like it makes my tinnitus worse.
Too much of salty food makes the Volumen of my tinnitus worst. If you do makes sure drink a lot of water
