I’ve had MDDS since I’m 21 years old. I felt like I was on a boat after a cruise I took for 4 days in 2007. I can’t go on a boat now for longer than 1 hour (even less sometimes) without feeling these symptoms. It’s incredible debilitating especially if you have no one to help you during an episode.
I got to San Diego flying in yesterday, I only get it when I walk into the market in the hotel lobby. Every TIME. Just went down for a Mountain Dew. I even prepared for it and slowly creeped in. But I look at the fridge and everything bounces. No balance problems, I just feel like “I’m bouncing inside my body”
@@foXnoMad I actually went to a local park and did a long walk around the lake this afternoon that helped a TON. Might be a worthwhile remedy. Feeling about 85 percent good now
I did a flight simulator and stalled and spun 360 degrees in all directions about 2 rotations per 4 seconds and really felt it while flying around in my chair because I’m kinda skinny😅, Not only that but I felt very disoriented. I eventually got out of the spin and pulling up really put a lot of pressure on my body. I felt like spinning every where afterwards and this helped me understand it. Thanks

I've had MdDS for 42 years and it is going strong. Much more than bouncing and swaying

Thank you! I have been like this for 47 years thinking everyone is like this only to find out it’s just me but hey it’s not just me after all!
It’s happening to me now, I just got off a cruise
hate this feeling so much😭
Are you having this issue now?
@@muskmadness1 not now this actually helped
@@Cr0santFn glad, but what helped?
@@muskmadness1 there are some brain exercises that you can do to make it better quickly or you can just go to sleep.
I have this feeling after my flight 3 days ago. Hoping it goes away 😢 I’ll be scared to ever travel again
Did it go away? I literally took 4 flights in 1 day
Same! I get this a lot after traveling. Almost always. Goes away after a week..
i’m dealing with this right now 4 days after my cruise and flying.. i’m terrified it won’t go away
Currently dealing with this after my flight.. Mine didn’t start right after my flight be few days afterwards. So far I’m in day 4 with this disorder.
Mine went away after about a week
