3:05 Is there a way to get rid of the set name flashing on the screen for a full second when switching between sets? Or at least reduce that time? I love the Quick Keys, but waiting for the display to switch to the next set is a workflow clog. Thanks for your help.
The greatest feature I could ask for would be the ability to access different sets instantly by holding a modifier key. If I could hold my barrel button down on my pen and while holding it the dial and buttons functioned differently. That would be amazing.
No mention of an on-screen radial menu option. That is a big missed opportunity. Also, I feel like more buttons are preferable to a button which changes 'button pages'... Please take these into consideration for the next iteration of the quick keys remote
Will this ever work with a Samsung Galaxy tablet I bought these but didn't realize been hanging onto them for over a year just really really really hopping it will work with Samsung some day to :(
Currently, as you have discovered, our Pen Tablet does not work on Android or macOS platforms. There has been some talk of creating a driver that allows this, but it has not been finalized yet. You can always send in your suggestions to CustomerCare@xencelabs.com, and they will be passed on to the product team for review. One of Xencelab’s desires is to listen to our customers and let them steer the direction of our product development.
@@Xencelabs oh amazing thank you!!! I've kept my keys just incase you guys do come out with a driver for ipad or something ahh excited thank you so much!
It doesn't work on mobile devices. At least, not for now. And I wish they had a usb C dongle with a usb dongle instead of having a usb to usb C adapter as my laptop only has usb C plugs and my computer has usb plugs.
Yes, on the Windows side, you will need to create a .bat file, save it to your computer. Once you have the file created you would need to add the below text to the .bat file. The last step is then using the Settings panel to adding the .bat file using the Application>Open/Run selection to a button on your Quick Keys or Pen. This will open Microsoft Edge browser and start the three listed website. I you wanted to list only one website you can do that as well. @echo off Title Open Daily URLs C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application start msedge.exe start www.aos.org/ start www.aos.org/orchids/culture-sheets/phalaenopsis.aspx Start www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/orchids/what-are-native-orchids.htmf
That is a great idea and one that we have in the works. We are wanting to develop a customer log in that you as a customer can go and have access to a community for support, new products, and training. This is still very much in the exploratory stage, but we have been discussing it, and like you we think it would be a great addition for our customers/community.

Does bluetooth require the dongle? I don't want to give up a port.

Yep that cycle set button is a terrible design.

Can I assign URLs to the keys? For example directlink via Chrome to a Google Doc or spreadsheet?
