@@allykatt1849 The camera wasn't the clearest, but they still had to blur the licence plate of the scooter, so the police most likely had that to go off.

@@nova317 at worst, the kid could be dead or permanently paralyzed, actually. Plenty of people survive broken necks but that doesn't mean it can't cause problems for the rest of their lives. I'm not saying that's what happened and I hope it didn't but it also doesn't look good.

And if you refuse to pay they Will punch you and Scream that you try to escape and usually people Will take a side with the fraud team and join hitting you
