Full Flight: Boutique Air PC-12 Johnstown, PA to Baltimore (JST-BWI)

- Hey guys! In this video, I try out Boutique Air for the first time on a Pilatus PC-12 from Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Baltimore, Maryland! To put it simply, I really enjoyed this flight! Boutique Air really makes you feel like you're in a private jet with what they offer. Along with the great seat, they had free complimentary drinks, a policy that every bag flies free and is included in the price, you can earn United miles when flying Boutique, and this flight departed and arrived on time. Getting to avoid a big international airport at first was nice too with Johnstown. The check-in process to boarding was quick and easy. You honestly probably don't even need to arrive to these county/regional airports till 30 minutes before your flight. I would highly recommend Boutique Air if you get a chance to try them. Hope you enjoy!
P.S. TJG13 has returned for this video! Thanks again to my mom who filmed the last 4 full flight videos! :)

This has gotta be the most unexpectedly best commuter flight ever!
An excellent flight report covering everything! Thank you for sharing. Cheers, Colin.
Thank you very much!
@@thejazzguy13 I wouldn't mind flying in one of those one time. The seats looked alot more comfortable than economy seats on commercial jet airliners.
I see that these small props don't fly nearly as high as jet aircrafts, you pretty much stayed below the clouds the whole flight. Also, was there a bathroom on that plane?
Another awesome review of a flight. Enjoy the small airports/aircraft and how you give us a great show around both. Stay safe.
What a neat flight and it seemed to be a fairly smooth one too!
Thank you for another awesome video! I love the variety of video shots that you incorporate into your clips. That's why I find them so enjoyable from start to finish.
Thank you! Very glad to hear that :)
Where does the carry-on luggage go
Such an awesome report man. Huge thumbs up!
Flown on a PC-12 once but fueled it many times. Fun fact btw, if it has 5 prop blades, theyre made of carbon fibre, its more efficient and less noisy, if it has 4 blades its aluminium, far more durable and easier to fix small dents without having to buy new blades
Another cool look at the airport, loved this video. I’ve worked at BWI for four years and I’ve never been down to where friendly and boutique air park! Little end of the terminal looks nice lol!
Thanks man! It's a pretty cool little area haha. Btw, doesn't look like I'm gonna have time to accept your kind offer before the fall, just too busy. But maybe end August/early Sept if you're still up for it :) Glad you enjoyed!
thejazzguy13 Aviation Absoluetly! Always on the table. Just keep my number and let me know when you want to come up!
The upholstery might be worn but the cabin layout/ seating arrangement is like in a corporate plane. Much nicer than inside a Cessna Caravan used by some regional airlines. Thanks for a nice video!
Pretty interesting and good music you had at the end of this video!
This was a very good flight experience for me! And I always enjoy your videos. This upcoming summer I’m going to Ohio flying allegiant I’m very excited I can’t wait!
Thanks a lot! Hope you enjoy your trip!
thejazzguy13 Aviation thank you!
thejazzguy13 Aviation did this flight have a bathroom ?
Great Video! I live here in Johnstown.
Very cool and thanks!
Great video 👍👍
Living in Baltimore, this is a route I am planning on flying this upcoming summer! Boutique seems super chic, and the aircraft itself seems better than the Southern C208. Thanks for sharing this awesome report!
Yah you should def give them a try, they're much better than Southern in my opinion. And glad you liked it!
Good info.
They have a crazy little bathroom!!
Excellent
Nice one. I wish they flew inter-Florida. Seems like the perfect operation to fly out of Naples and Ocala.
Yah they def would be a nice airline within Florida
I'm a Professional Pilot and my day is to be a part on flying a PC-12
Saw my house at 16:01. Which is funny as I work at an airline at bwi and nonrev a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever gone that route to land
I'm curious about the noise level in the cabin. Was it okay for you as a passenger without hearing protection? I heard those PC-12 can be quite noisy, especially during take off and climb.
Yah it was ok, you definitely don't need ear protection
What software do you use to edit your videos?
Snowy Johnstown, PA reminds me of SSX 9, a fan-made game for the Xbox One.
Signed, Lizzie Willigan.
I'm guessing that JST and Boutique Air are recipients of the EAS subsidy, don't think either could survive without that infusion. What is 'Eion' at the 24:11 mark? Does Johnstown have a skiing resort nearby, weather looked miserable, foggy, snowy(writing this from SE Texas)--were you in Baltimore for pleasure or business? Glad to see you took the train, can't go wrong with that!
Yup you'd be correct! They were calling for Eion on the speakers :D Yep was skiing at Seven Springs and it was sleeting/snowing at the time. I go to college in Baltimore to I guess neither. Thanks for watching!
I can't believe when it snows in Johnstown then it's not easy getting out.
i would like to try boutique air one day...
Cool man I want to go on one
Thanks! You should!
thejazzguy13 Aviation was it expensive
@@MileHigh_Aviation Nope was around $50!
Compared to a commercial flight how was the sound inside? Great video
Compared to regular jets, it actually might've been even quieter!
REMEMBER THE FLOOD..that looked like 7 springs champion Pa
I had the chance and opportunity to do a walk through the new FBO and chat with the A&P Mechanic and the Ramp guy who was very professional in his job and hospitality and I'm Glad the Boutique Air is in operation and hopefully I'll be there to see this Beautiful Aircraft at Johnstown
I fly Boutique round trip from Carlsbad to Albuquerque. Love the plane but it is a bit noisy.
The station and flight personnel are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.
Only problem is that I have a very large butt and the isles are narrow...minor problem
How much did it cost for the trip?
I have family in the Johnstown Area in Beaverdale
I only live 20 minutes from this airport!
I'm curious. Do this aircrafts have lavatory installed?
Yes it does, its behind the co-pilot in the cupboard thing, you can see it in the video. There are two walls, one swings front to where the curtain is, and one back to block the view from the cabin. Basically the entrance area becomes the toilet (so you’re exposed if the main door of the plane is open) :)
Awesome music! Where can I find it?
The one I used is called afterimage by Houses of Heaven
no telling what flight aware will tell you they still show maxs flying and we know there grounded
a lot if the times there are max's in the air. In almost every country they are banned for commercial flights. They are ferried from airports all the time for maintenance or just a new place for them to sit
Boutique is done in Johnstown. Just too many flight cancellations.
hy i watch this from arabia good filming
Thank you!
Love how the captain makes the FO do all the flight attending :)
Music=anxiety ahahahahahahah
What was the length of the flight ✈️
Wish that was one the TBM' aircraft.
I've been there
thats somerst and Altoona
I live there!
Turned off them probes too early!
I'm very disappointed, because I hear this music, and I want to hear the music this airplane makes. Everything about this airplane is important including the startup and shutdown, and I really hope you could please include this in all your future videos here. There are some people who've never flown before. Most of us who have may not know anything about this beauty, so if you still have the uncut version of this video without the music added into it, could you please upload this? I would really appreciate it, and thank you so very much.
I only included music at the beginning and end, and I never put it over the natural noises of the flight in any of my vids. Sorry you didn't enjoy
Thank you for your response. I may reconsider checking out videos from your channel, because I love aviation, and I miss flying. It's just that I don't get to travel anymore due to medical reasons, and I really do enjoy listening to aviation videos, especially when they include all parts of a flight. I just prefer those without any added music. So, thank you again for that information. I've just heard too many videos that include the music throughout them.
