She is fo pf, all she has to do is looking outside, unless company has an 80kts call out that has to be xchecked. Second what in the world has her situational awareness to do with a take off roll?!? And how can you judge the “situational awareness” from this clip?!?! Hahahahaha Third, crazy how you can judge from a 10 seconds video of a take off roll (the easiest thing in aviation if everything goes well) how many years she’s been doing that. If she wasn’t a blonde lady no one would have commented, that’s the real sad truth. Who am I to say that? No one, I just fly Boeing 737 for a major us airline and have been doing this for just some years.
The crew isn’t even compliant to Airbus Standard operation procedures. And she’s such a damn good pilot, that she’s instantly going for the flight director 😂

To all of the people being confidently wrong about what's making the banging sounds (no, it's not runway lights), it comes from a component of the hydraulic system called a Power Transfer Unit. All Airbus aircraft make this sound when they take off.
The PTU is only on the 320, the 330 and 350 don't have it. As far as the sound goes, it's definitely the runway lights. I get the same sound on a takeoff in a 330/350.
