    This is a "Make Two" of a 3D printed robotic Arm. It follow the success of my previous smaller one • 3D printed robotic arm...
    It is a little bigger and stronger, just to obtain an acceptable payload.

    I've printed all the parts and working on assembly now. I'm having trouble figuring out how you did the pivot for the main arm. Are you just letting a piece of threaded rod float in between the stepper motor attachment points?

      the servos are pretty standard amazon servos. they look like 1 size larger than 9 gram servos, but im not sure what they are called.

      You can always look up the dimensions of the servos to find something with similar specs, looks like an mg996r has the same dimesnions, but a little slower and less powerful

    How much 3D printing Filament (grams) do we need to make?

    • @ewfuoywoef32pri
      @ewfuoywoef32pri 3 роки тому

      I've printed all of these... To get your own exact answer just open the STLs into your favorite slicer (Cura) and note that program's estimation of filament. It's totaly going to depend on quality and adhesion settings. For example, I printed most of the small parts on a raft and 30% infill which uses extra plastic... and it didn't use too much.
