Rekola Farm in Finnland

Rekola Farm in Finland lies in a gentle landscape of forests and lakes. The family has been working this land since 1619 and has been able to develop a long tradition with the place and its environment. After Kalervo Rekola took over the farm, it was converted to organic methods in 1973. He then came across biodynamic agriculture thanks to books from the local library. In 1988 he made the courageous move into biodynamics, as the first farm in Finland to do so.
