It’s Christmas ever, and I have a house full of company. I escaped to my room to get in a workout with you. This was the stress reliever I needed. Great workout and stretch. Will do your full body workout tomorrow or Thursday. Thanks for being such a gift in my life.

Another fantastic workout! I'm going to find the 'revolving door' thing so I can do the whole thing without modifying. You are SO right about the bonus segments (stretching) and strength training components. I am in the season now of 'reaping the benefits' of doing strength training along with Cardio, and it matters so much. I teach grade One, and at 50, I can still do jumping jacks, burpees and pushups with my students, and it means so much to me that I can give them everything I have, and I don't have to just watch from the sidelines. Thank you, Christina!
Great workout! I was bummed that I couldn’t do it last week when there were issues with UA-cam, so I was pretty excited when I saw it came back. Choreography was good and I liked the stretching at the end. Thank you, Chris!

Thanks for the workout! I love it and I did it five times to speed up my step count. I figure this is the only way besides walking to bump up the steps for the Pacer challenge I'm currently in. I had fun!!

Thank you Chris for continuing to preach the importance of stretching and not overdoing cardio. I fell victim to cardio addiction in my 20s and most of my 30s to stay thin...and I am paying for it now. At 42 I already have arthritis in both knees and lower back. Now I can't do most of the cardio I used to do. So listen to Chris's advice y'all...your body will thank you later!

Loved this workout. Didn't realise how much I'd forgotten (busy lately so prioritised the strength over cardio). And you think you know everything, then you discover that drag is tap on bench, not floor as I'd been doing all along! Thank you so much ❤
