Quickest easiest option is to buy a new cdkey and redeem it through rockstar launcher only

for mine it wasnt a .exe file. whenever i followed his instructions for steam i just copied the address into fivem and then i clicked the gtav file and it worked

Right click five m on the home page, then the top folder, then citizenFX then past your copy next to the D=. Save then open five m and your good
