With food inflation looking like it is going back to its historic trend of 2.5% - 3% annually, input costs for restaurant groups will likely level off if not reverse. Couple that with the average consumer feeling better than expected I think its a sector that is very cheap if you a believer that the economy won't be rolling over in the next few months, this is a truly beaten to hell sector trading at historic discounting against every metric available.
