Frontline Foam is a hobby shop in Provo, Utah, dedicated to making aftermarket nerf more accessible to the nerf hobby. If you're looking for a specialized, custom, 3D-printed blaster or parts, Frontline Foam is for you.
The shop is run by 10 employees who build each and every blaster by hand. The videos you see on our channel are often filmed in the very shop where we build and test your blasters. All blaster designs are produced with designer permission, and often collaboration.
Frontline Foam was started by Derrikk Sun, who says his passion for building nerf blasters over the past 12 years has accidentally overblown into a small and rapidly growing business.
We believe that nerf is not only just for fun, but can be a healthy outlet for stress contributing to serious mental health issues. We stand by mental health awareness & effective recovery efforts.
We aspire to be an asset in the nerf hobby and our communities in general to improve people's lives through fun.
Accidentally started yet another war in the shop carrying my Zinc 2.0 around...

I love it, I want it. But going to a park with something that looks like a cz p 10 c in Chicago might be a bad idea.
Yea I hate Chicago
Better safe then sorry
I play just with my friends so I’m still going to save up to buy one it’s going to be my first 3d printed blaster😀
You can just get one with bright orang or green so it doesn’t look like a gun
Great editing.
the Zinc seems much more practical than other springer pistol offerings in the market.
I'd say the Gecko has it beat because at least that one takes Angled Talon magazines in addition to its own proprietary printed mags. Also the Foam Knight XE is another spring pistol which takes regular Talon magazines inside its grip which has a plunger setup just like the Zinc.
@@Skidracer21 I have a Gecko, not a fan of it.
@@bt4670 Gecko seems over complex to me, especially after building a zinc.
@@Skidracer21 Ackchuahlly the zinc hits 170 and the gecko only hits 120 so your wrong
WILL IT TAKE A K26??
When I changed the spring to the stronger one, the trigger got harder to pull. I don't mean that it was rigid, but I'm saying that we would have to squeeze the trigger way back, so that it would have to touch the grip. This made it harder to aim, as it gave me a more awkward hand positioning that I had to work with in order to squeeze the trigger.
Any ideas of how to fix this?
Are you eventually going to try to make a semi-auto weapon of some kind?
How do you swap springs?
How many 3d printers do you have?
What’s the easiest way to un jam it if it’s a jammed from a bullet?
is there any way to pull back the top part easier load it. i cant pull it back without putting my fingers down in the front between the orange part at the front and the front of the pull back. if not ill just switch the spring.
probably easier if you switch the springs. It's insanely hard to prime with the spring installed
Do you ship this to uae?
I just got mine yesterday. Unfortunately, my trigger won't release the catch. The slide is all the way forward. The catch still won't release. My trigger is also cracked.
how big in inches not fully primed?
I just built my zinc just that it's hard to aim due to barrel being at the bottom.
Does it shoot faster than the OG zinc
What is the fps
On the regular spring it’s about 110 to 130 and the hi power one is about 130 to 170
I received it last week (7/21/22) with a cracked slide and I can't get in contact with Frontline Foam. Their website service form is not working. They are not returning my emails. Why is there no phone number for them? The pistol is no good with a cracked slide. I'm about to cancel payment.
Any tips on air seals?
Teflon tape around everywhere that needs a seal
Can you provide a clear instruction real fast on how to change the spring. It’s a nightmare trying to take it apart. I take it the spring goes on the other black piece sent. But that metal rod doesn’t go through fully
It's literally 2 screws... You take them out, pull off the back piece, then I guess you do need a 5/16 socket to take the plunger out.. But it's really not hard
Omg he even tells you in the video lol 😂
@@TheRealMisterJ already returned it lol. Shattered three times on me shooting. And I know that part, the spring doesn’t just slide in. That was the issue.
My zinc is shooting like 30fps and I can't figure out what the hell is going on
Lower or higher power spring? Are you using the right plunger for the spring? Missing an oring? Too much friction between guide rod and plunger? Too much friction between plunger tube and plunger o ring?
Those are the trouble spots.
Looks way easier to unjam with this gun instead of the worker guns
Why a jolt with a different charger and another design costs 150 dollars bruh
can it only use those magazines
Yes, it only uses its proprietary mags.
Will you make an extended mag
We do have some available in this listing: www.frontlinefoam.com/product/zinc-2-0-loadout/
If you want just the mags, email us :)
support@frontlinefoam.com
@@FrontlineFoamBlasters Could you try to make a separate listing? because I would love to get some extendo mags.
Is it really 200 bucks though
150 last I checked
This video made my pipi grow big & strong
Nice video but it looks a bit too real steel for my tastes and I don’t like the fact that it uses proprietary magazines.
You the type to cry when a rapper overdoses
@@hxd9321 I’m the type that doesn’t like to get shot by a police officer for playing with toys. Or who has to get a whole new magazine system that only works with a single blaster when talons are already perfectly good and work with what I have. Couldn’t give less of a shit about when some idiot can’t control their idiocy.
@@jamess7140 Then maybe you shouldn’t point toy guns at police officers. Seems like an easy solution.
@@hxd9321 … or use realistic looking toy guns in public. Hence my saying it’s too realistic for my tastes.
@@jamess7140 You must have an intense hatred for literally every airsoft gun ever made.
