    Making flowers from those mango slices was really a talent. Folding them without leaving any gap in between was a difficult task.

    I hope you have a cake shop. Most beautiful cakes! I love your cakes. I don’t bake, but I want to learn to make this yummy cake. May I ask is the white frosting you apply as layers same ingredients for the top icing layer? Is it just heavy whipping cream with sugar?

    와 올리비아님 케이크가 너무 이뻐서 이 분은 제과를 아주 잘 하시는 분이시구나 케이크가 예술이시구나 했는데 빵도 너무 맛있게 먹었어요 유튜브에 올라와있는 빵들중에 노화?가 가장 느렸어요 소세지빵 몇개 따라해봤는데 그 중에 가장 몰랑몰랑하니 맛있었어요 최고💜💛

    I love your videos so much....and especially because u sprinkled syrup onto the cake...hehe...i like my cake moist ..and nowadays most bakers don't sprinkle syrup on their cakes.....

    Beautiful cake😋😋. The kind of creams we get here are double cream(45% fat) which is kind of thick and dollop form not liquidy like the one you showed and thickened cream which is liquidy.. which one should i use?? I could not find one saying heavy cream

    Got some questions but first. That's a beautiful cake and I bet that mango is so refreshing!! Questions: 1. What kind of mangos are those? Here in the US ours have a big ole pit which I did not see when you cut yours in half. 2. What % of fat is in your heavy cream? I've been using one that has 36% but unless I add some skim milk to my cream it doesn't come close to looking as thick as yours. 🤷‍♀️ 3. What type of liqueur did you use? The ingredient list only says "liqueur". Sorry for viewing your video 3 days late. It just showed up in my inbox *today*. It wasn't until I began reading the comments that I realized this video was posted 3 days ago. Shame on UA-cam!! Beautiful mango Rose's. Very creative... 👍

      Philippine's CARABAO Mango.. which is so expensive so you can use Thai mango instead..
      But the taste is different, carabao mango has this special mango smell

      Deco Gel is a transparent gel and gives fruit a shine and prevents evaporation. It may be sold under a different name, so look
      for it again.

      You can cut cake clean if you use a cake cutting knife slightly heated.

      I bought them at a baking shop in Korea. I'm not sure, but you can find similar products in AliExpress. :)
