Katharine, as I was writing down my experience this morning I heard a word. What would be fun would be to create a Holy arc. Take a breath from the Father and breathe it back to Jesus, receiving it back from Jesus and breathing it back to Holy Spirit, then receiving it back again from Holy Spirit and breathing it out to Holy Father. I’ve never did a breathing meditation like this before, but I plan working it into part of my everyday. I enjoyed the presence of the Lord in the meditation and I’m getting a hint that by keeping this new arc method I might be able to train my Spirit to discern the difference between the Holy Trinity. My religious training labeled meditation like this as wrong in some way. Thank you for breaking the box of man’s control and fear based religion!
