Great video❣ I’m chilling watching your video and learning from you. You are very smart.
Great video! This is so informative. You continue to Amaze me with your knowledge, insight and resilience. Sleep is a big issue and so important for everyone, but especially for ppl with any type of mental health issue. I would also add a good, clean, healthy diet. Food and natural herbs and spices and or diet suppliments aka vitamins are the best medicine! Make sure to check with your doctors that they are safe to combine with your prescribed meds! Thank you, Alana 😊
Well done! I agree, if you can get yourself to do some self-care and a little exercise, it really does help. It's ok to take some time to stay in bed or get away from the things stressing you out, or just sleeping because you can't do anything else, but if you can just get a little self-care in, it will help.
Yes definitely agree 👍
You are a sweet, genuine person. Love your channel. You are a very strong, resilient person. You are always interesting
Thank you so much! You are so kind
Great video Alana! I struggle more with depressive episodes than mania I haven’t had a manic episode in a while. I also have baths mainly because my arthritis is pretty bad these days and standing in a shower is painful. Loved this video and love your makeup x
