Was just recently down in Port Chester for the 3 night run of Ween @ The Capitol Theatre and was blown away by the venue. The band was flying and they sounded amazing. Well worth the trip down from
Toronto, and Garcia’s Bar in the venue was awesome. It isn’t riding the GD Gravy train , it’s adding to the legacy and joy that the band gave us all.
Oooooh la, still took it up a notch or two on Estimated!!!! And having such a good time, too!!! The force was turnt up for this one. . .
Had the pleasure to hear him play in HTFD CT a few years back, awesome!!!!!!

Great lineup of musicians. Can I just say that Jason Crosby has become one of the greatest talents in music today. I've been following him for over 15 years and to see him having the sort of success he's now having is really well deserved.
This is an absolutely killer band. Krasno and guarna. My lord.

I hear your words and respect Your right to have and express your opinion... And yet thanks to and because of all the musicians like Otiel, covering the music Jerry and the rest of the Dead gave us, we'll be listening to our music for years to come. Our music played in all the variations and nuance's these musicians give it. And their own music as well. I'm just glad when they don't call themselves trib or frot bands.

Oteil can't remember his lyrics? iPad? Come on...Know your song well before you start singing. And they start with the Dead's worst song -- Touch of Grey. That is disappointing. This was a lackluster version of a mediocre song. So I guess Oteil and friends is just a Dead cover band? Well, now I know. I thought he was going to do original music and show what's in HIS mind. The Scarlet Begonias was lame, and he too had to look at the iPad. Man, Tumbledown Shack is better than these guys.

Big deal. Jerry and Bobby flubbed lyrics all the fucking time and they wrote them. Phil and Bobby still use iPads and still forget lyrics.
