- We did not make an Independence Day special featurette.
We haven't glorified our country, nor its products, nor its People, and this Independence day, we are not glorifying or luring any particular motoring enthusiast either, and that's for a simple reason!
For a true motoring enthusiast, when that ignition key is turned to "ON, there is just that one feeling in their mind. The true Independence. To do what they want, to be what they want. To fly free.. If there is anything as symbolic and as relevant to Independence, then it is this "Indian" The Royal Enfield Bullet.
With a history older than that of free India, a "Legend" that has aspired many a Indians to live free, ride free.
A legend that many look up to as "Symbolic" of a free bird.
A legend that keeps on going, breaks down too, but in true essence of Independence, its fans love dirtying their hands to get it back running....

May be these motorcycles have lots of problems, may be these are not too modern, but who cares, these are the true symbols of Indian Motorcycle fraternity for decades and decades. We must not forget what we are relishing today as a motorcycle enthusiast, actually these machines are creator of that thing.
And as a part of Indian Biker fraternity I'm so proud about you guys. Your works are our answer to the global automobile world. :)
I always loved the Enfield for its simplicity and thump, the music perfectly synchronises with the bike

Amazing how you included people viewing the bike and smiling. It is actually a true that happens. the sight and sound of bullet evokes a feeling unrivaled.

In a Nut Shell, you have the average Indian height and so most bikes will "suit" you perfectly.
Amazing and really this thump makes bullet stand out in a lot!!!

I know I will own one.. one day .. This bike gives me the same feelings as a Norton or BSA or Triumph .. it is that good. India is lucky to have inherited suck a legacy .. and they've done Justice to the Company by keeping true the roots.
It wasn't there in the old lineup, but it might just make its way to India :)

Awesome. Bullet 500 is the best RE product. Vintage Look , Classic Tail Lamp, Front Disk Brake, Self Start is available. and unlike othee 500 UCE bullets, it doesnt have EFI. So no EFI related problems. Mileage is better than other 500cc bullets and price is less. but Power is slightly less compared to other 500cc bullets

I love this video and love riding my friend's classic 500, but I would never buy one. I understand the appeal and enjoy it once a month or so but as a daily ride it is too cumbersome.

Wanted to buy a Bullet 500 Forest Green. but had to settle for electra since Forest Green bullet was not available in north east region.

You guys rock.. amazing reviews.. keep it up. Just one suggestion sometimes I feel the background music is too loud and seems repetitive if you can work on the background music that would be fantastic. If you had just given the just pure bullet sound alone for 10-15 sec it would sounded good. Did I give too many suggestion :)

exactly even i don't understand why ppl get attracted toward bullet it got nothing of 350 or 500 cc bike as it vibrate a lot also it is quite heavy even the breaks dont work that well also the styling of bullet is old school of about 40's and it sounds like we are ploughing a field

kapil kumar that's funny because the Himalayan isn't a traditional thumper. It uses a overhead camshaft setting which enables it to rev much more freely and rev high. It doesn't even 'thump' so to speak.
