I am learning this beautiful piece and till now I spent about 30 hours... I started very late (about 60) and now I'm 66. I hope to reach the 1/10 of your soft and sensible touch of the piano, and respect of time and rithm, but I find it a difficult undertaking!!!! Can you give me some advices? You are a wonderful pianist, how long have you been studying piano and when did you start? Had you private lessons or you are a professor who studied in conservatory? Thanks

I am not the pianist offcourse,but i play the piano.I admire you,because you started so late to learn.It doesn't matter if it is the piano or something else,the matter is to have the will and the enthousiasm to do things.I am 62 and now i have started to learn Chinese and Russian.It is difficult,i forget things,but i am happy for been able to learn new things.You will need more hours to play this piece.It is very difficult,but you can ask your teacher to help you with a more simplified version.After you will have learned the simple version,you will try with the original.
And then there's me, who sometimes doesn't even know how to breathe properly

This is honestly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard in my life. It brings out so many emotions and makes you think about life. I can’t call myself a pianist yet, I mean, it took me a year to play Comptine properly. But I would die if I could play this song half as beautiful as you did. Is there any way I can find the sheets?

Incredibile... looks like the more basic you play the piano, the more appreciated it is. Simple things are surely the best. I should really give up on jazz and start doing this. Way easier and more appreciated

To a person who is wondering how long it will take to learn this beautiful one.
Dear, Human being, just be sharp! Do not think about your life, your family, or anything while learning. Leave your attention on the piano. I don't know how to read the music sheets. I just memorized the queues of the keys in 1 week. 5 days times 2 hours. But divide your 2 hours into > 60 minutes / 30 minutes / 30 minutes. Memorizing means pulling information back from your mind. Things you don't remember doesn't have to mean that it is not there in your mind. If you have heard it, it is there. It means just you are not able to pull it out from your memory. Good luck.
