if you still need a response, I've been trying to find this answer for weeks. The mobile 6 has a nicer zoom/focus nob on the side, instead of the slider that the mobile se uses. The mobile 6 also has an extendable shaft, so you can take farther away shots. The mobile se comes in a white color, and the mobile 6 comes in a black color. Other than that, they're mostly the same. Also, the mobile se has 8 hours of battery life vs the mobile 6 having around 6.4 hours of battery life. IMO, just get the mobile se.
