Congratulations to Matt, most hunters want a place to call their own to hunt and try and improve the herd. That’s a good size farm. Wishing you and yours the best of luck on the farm. People are made every day, but land hasn’t been made for a while now. Thanks DOD for sharing the awesomeness. 💪🏽🎥💯👍🏹🦌
Congratulations, i look forward in seeing what's around there. I bought my place in 2010. It has a lot of neighboring hunting pressure both legal and not so legal. It gets frustrating. However this past season on the 2nd day of our muzzleloader season i killed a 15 pointer that was very tall and heavy. Taxidermist said he was 7-8 yrs old. I had no idea this deer existed. Fast forward to December i killed a 12 pointer that had it all huge tines, mass and about a 20'' inside spread. I hunted that deer hard. I think personally he was only around 4 and a half. Those are the two biggest deer of my life and I've hunted for 35 yrs. Needless to say your guys videos are helping me get by till the season starts here in TN. lol i can't wait! Good luck and be safe!
Country Brother Outdoors, congrats on your purchase! Has it been a good few years on the farm so far? Have a great weekend and thanks for taking the time to watch.
Joshua Beaman, amen to that brother! We can't wait to see how it all unfolds for Matt, hopefully his hard work pays off big. Thank you for the support and we hope you have a great weekend!
Another awesome video, I bet Matt is really happy to finally have his own farm to modify. Can’t wait to see more modifications and some food plots to come. And memories made, Congrats Matt couldn’t be happier. Also I have been watching a lot of Drury's THIRTEEN. And so far it has been some great hunts and great encounters. And I also love the new features on deer cast. It helped me get a better outline of each plot while I was plowing the other day. And again I can’t wait to see Matt’s plans and modifications to the farm come to life and new content, thank you Drury family for all the information.🦌
Brent Burdick, we might just have to include that in the next one! Lots of time between now and opening day to catch a fish. Have a great weekend and thank you for the support!
Doug Willard, congrats on the new property! Matt's new piece is located in Missouri. Have a great weekend and thank you for taking the time to watch the episode!
Is it hunting expertise or business expertise that enabled them through their money to shoot big bucks . Kinda tired of the waves of hunting experts telling everyone how to hunt Bc if there “success”in the woods .
I'm definitely no expert. I still have a TON to learn. I would consider Mark and Terry to be experts though. To see where they started to where they are now, it wasn't done by being just good business men. It was done by lots of hard work and years of making every mistake in the book, but learning from them and becoming better. Probably not too indifferent from a ton of other great hunters out there that you just have never heard their names before because they didn't hunt in front of a camera. I know quite a few great business men that aren't great hunters. I don't think one has anything to do with the other.
Congrats on the new farm! It's looking good!!
