The max force engine,, And the packard engine,, There are only good engines when the truck is turned up to 75 miles an hour where the E. G. R burns correctly if anything under that and you're idling the truck you're gonna run into problems
I've been driving wide open Volvos for 7 years at the same company. Current, is 2021 I drove off the lot. No engine problems. The first Volvo had a rebuild and it was not a full rebuild, at 1 million miles. But it does help, my idling has always been low, as the owner puts APUs on all his trucks day one of acquisition. Or soon as he can get them into Thermo King to install in Springfield, IL.
I did the exact same shit as you did. Researched relentlessly, said to myself "these people talking shit are probably new and/lazy" went over there and found out for myself. They take SOOOOOO much off of the top of the load, your ass will be working for fuel. Almost lost my car, my relationship, stressed out to the max. The reason you don't see "that many" negative videos is because their legal team sends cease and desist orders, threatening to sue you if you don't take it down. So you'll see for yourself bro. LoL just give it time. Do me a favor tho? Call the brokers directly and see how much the load is really paying.
@Pimp crazy thing is, the bad bashing I see is from people that are averaging 2-2500 miles a week. Very low for a lease-op. We need to be at 3-4000 loaded miles a week.
@Pimp oh I did but that doesn't mean it's ok for stupid ego to steal from from drivers. Nor is it ok for mfrs on here posting edited settlements to get a referral bonus only for drivers to go there and fail. The good news is I pull tanker now, home every weekend, $90k annually

Negative comments drew you there❓They said 3000 trucks (unconfirmed) and you believed them. However many trucks it is each of the trucks has a driver supposedly paying the note but all of you are crying broke. Why are you still there🤷🏾♂️❓
Ding 10months ago and rates are still low for this company. That's almost a year the rates being low. You have NEW AND RECENT reviews and comments on indeed, etc. Saying the pay isn't good either way I do flatbed and know especially during winter the rates are trash. So you're doing dry van around this time of the video and its NO REASON for dry van to have low rates and loads. I've done dry van to know, so idk but I'll rather stick with the bad company I am with instead of jumping to another company that sounds worst based of what i have read and seen. Its really pick your poison out here. The good thing i could switch back to company no problem. Ego doesn't have a company side so if you want to leave you leave the same way you came.
Great comment and you are 100% right. Rates are still bad, however I think they are a bit better than a year ago. Yes, around the time of the video I was doing dry van but I now rent a refer trailer from them and those rates are far different. Refer rates are more stable with a peak of rates in "watermelon season". Trucking needs a strategy and leasing or owner op is not for everyone. Hence the reason I've never, not 1 time ever did a recruiting video. I appreciate your comment and be safe out there.
I hate the Maxx Force with a passion i broke down 3 time with that type of engine. Brah that engine is like a EX Wife run away from it like Forest Gump !
Trucking companys bullshit so well .. whenbit sounds rite ... Its shady. I used to make 25 cents a mile in the late 80s..26 cents for a cab over ... Otr. I would pay there tolls a few tires etc. Bringing home 400 or less at the end of the week. It sucked.
All the hours you out in you maybe get paid for 30. % of your time.trucking company's that pay by the mile pay practical miles . Not actual Miles. That's a big problem as well
Yes, they do skim off the top. I never said they didn't. That's why I keep saying in all my videos that I'll give transparent content. There's certain things that are the obvious with SuperEgo but I want to bring different layers of thought. You have people that are going to come regardless so maybe they can try and apply some strategies to help themselves a little more. Make sense?
If you go to super ego you have to smarten up on trucks I’ll help paccar engines stay away from them they are junk yes you get fuel mileage but they are complete junk it has to be Detroit or cummings that’s it nothing else if you buy a max force your not smart at all
In Mexico they love those maxxforces .. very reliable engines .. BUT !!! when they make those trucks for Mexico use they have ZERO EMISSIONS .. no egr .. no dpf .. and every single issue you hear with maxxforce here in the United States is not engine related .. only emission related … so .. there you go

@@noulafrantz8589 he probably grossed like 2k
@@noulafrantz8589 I agree, 2k gross a week is trash. I’m trying to piece together your English but I think my response was a feasible reply.
@noula frantz 😆 maybe I can meet you one day bro. Then we could laugh and strategize on how we can get the company to pay us more money 💰 😆
Say homie.. you still with super ego?
I’m like a Jamaican, I work everywhere. Whatchu need?
Will is that you?
Hey bra i need to kick it with you how can i get in contact with you
Drop your number, delete after I text you
I wasn’t avg. $2 a mile when the economy was good
Then you was definitely at the wrong place
I been on the fence about this company 🤔
Definitely not easy
854 dollar?
Thanks for the comment
Peterbilt or kenworth for me
I'm like Volvo now
First check is good til they start taking payments out
Some people's first check ain't good. Thanks for commenting again
At least drivers consider theirself owner operators 😀
I know at least 20 ppl that left from being stole from
I know it definitely happens.
Do their loadboard shows the earnings you can make from the load before you head to the shipper ?
They dispatch you. They "offer" you a price for available loads. It's up to you to accept/decline the offer. Hopefully I answered for you.
@HoodChefTV1 I know all that, but do they provide a list of loads to cherry-pick whatever you want ?
@wimbledonusefull4854 I said "they dispatch you".
No you don’t know the rate they negotiated with the broker
@@strubies yes
Man they all cap. Skeeming on rates bad equipment dispatch doesn't respect your time or money and can't conduct business properly. You'll cap out at 5k a week and they play games once you get close to making over 5k. BS 1k loads through rough terrain...truck won't make it to the end of the lease. All CAP
Hell yeah, definitely take off the top
Leave the company my guy they double broker the loads … when the broker call you ask them what the load actually pays they may tell you the actual rate of super ego didn’t already tell them not to… i know from a personal experience . Tbh now is not the time to be a new op the market is trash and you won’t make money
I understand you totally my dawg. I considered those factors too. I actually have a video coming about the controversial topic of the "taking off the top" theory.
Thanks for the comment!!!!
I don't trust no person opinion when they just join a company... optimistic individuals without putting the timing or going to give you false information...
I had a horrible experience at Pam transportation never posted a video about it... so you're not even accounting for the individuals that feel the same just didn't create content😂
Don't trust my opinion please
Sound like someone I know from Jax😂damn W….
Lol, what good "Zay" 😂
Negative comments drew you there❓They said 3000 trucks (unconfirmed) and you believed them. However many trucks it is each of the trucks has a driver supposedly paying the note but all of you are crying broke. Why are you still there🤷🏾♂️❓
See you in 2 months 😢
That's the famous excuse. RATES ARE LOW.
Yeah I think these carriers take advantage out that
Ding 10months ago and rates are still low for this company.
Yeah I can't do MaxxForce
You sh*tin me. You're not going to make this video too long when I'm still waiting to hear about your 1st check.
I went 5 weeks with out anything but 50 $ advance daily smh
Let me see your statements
And it ain't no daily advance over here.
4 weeks I only made about $600
@@TruckerSlotQu33n ouch. Did you make any changes?
I went through 2 dispatchers asked for another. My experience has been q nightmare. No one has been listening to me
Trucking companys bullshit so well .. whenbit sounds rite ... Its shady. I used to make 25 cents a mile in the late 80s..26 cents for a cab over ... Otr. I would pay there tolls a few tires etc. Bringing home 400 or less at the end of the week. It sucked.
Yeah that's horrible
All the hours you out in you maybe get paid for 30. % of your time.trucking company's that pay by the mile pay practical miles . Not actual Miles. That's a big problem as well
You went to Super Ego to help US❓
@@Talk2theMike747 no help yourself
Turn in the truck. ASAP they are a scam. They are ripping you guys off. Taking money off the top.
Make sense?
Super ego running cattle. 😂😂😂 50 new employees a week, 50 quit 😅😅
Yes 😆
😂😂😂😂 all lord I’ll wait
Take your time
If you go to super ego you have to smarten up on trucks I’ll help paccar engines stay away from them they are junk yes you get fuel mileage but they are complete junk it has to be Detroit or cummings that’s it nothing else if you buy a max force your not smart at all
Funny but true story
If anything I can say Super Ego sounds disingenuous. I would never ever ever go there.
That's why I don't recruit. If you're not as bull-headed with them it won't work.
Super ego is a scam. You will lose everything you got fucking with them.
Maxforce is the worst shit ever made I use to own one
Yeah it definitely is the worst. People get them because of how cheap they are and they always regret it
In Mexico they love those maxxforces .. very reliable engines .. BUT !!! when they make those trucks for Mexico use they have ZERO EMISSIONS .. no egr .. no dpf .. and every single issue you hear with maxxforce here in the United States is not engine related .. only emission related … so .. there you go
Gotta $33 dollar check this past Friday. I'm about to leave ASAP!!
Damn broski, how long you been here? It had to be alot of mishap for such a small check.
@@HoodChefTV1 two weeks. No mishaps just not finna stay anymore to find out either.
@lindsey carr ain't no way nothing went wrong. But if you can't figure out the problem then I'll be out too .
Oh the problems is 100% them!!
@lindsey carr I'd have to see you're paystub to say it was 100% them, williecn773@gmail.com , but nonetheless get your bag and be safe out there Broski
Good luck you will be learned on you own self only i can said is one of the worst companies in 🇺🇸
Totally understand
Don't call them super they are lame
U keep dancing around just get to the point bruh
Shut up........bruh
I’ve received 2 checks
Where they decent?
@Pimp i agree, whole market is rough right now. I kinda suspect it gets worse before better.
@b-smoovethetruckerinfo for a 1099 company please
@@HoodChefTV1 real low
@MackTrucking I'm sure you read the reviews and you still came to the company.
What will you do to change your payment if anything?
That’s terrible to live in a truck trucking is dead
