thanks for the video here - autooptimize and javadefer break the site, so unless there's a way to exclude the broken - I had to deactivate. It did make things faster though.
Yes you can. Perfmatters does more bloat removal and asset unloading of unused CSS/JS. WP Rocket has a remove unused CSS setting but otherwise most setting don't overlap. Some do, in which case just use 1 plugin for it.
